Dropping:
The student has the right to be re-enrolled during the second week of the start of the study.
A student who has dropped out of study is charged a fine (according to the financial regulations) of tuition fees for each academic year in which he dropped and did not take the exam.
Redo registration procedures as a new student, and all procedures for new students shall be carried out upon him if the announced admission requirements for new students are met.
Approving the new fees for the student according to the fees for the batch he is enrolled in.·
The student is required to study any additional courses according to the new study plan of the department in which he is registered, or to repeat any academic course determined by the College Board.

Transferring :

The student has the right to transfer during the second week of the start of the study.

In the case of a major transfer, an internal clearing is required.·

A student is not entitled to make more than two transfers during his study years at the university.

Postponement:

Postponement is for one or two courses in one semester.

A student is allowed to request a postponement one day before the exam, according to official justifications.

Postponed Subjects are counted among the subjects that make the student to repeat the academic year.

The student is not entitled to postpone more than two subjects except in the case of major surgeries or childbirth. The excuse must be provided during the exam period.

Pay postponement fees according to the fees regularities.

Postponement is only according to the form approved by the Student Affairs Department with the approval of the General Registrar, Head of Department and Finance Affairs.

The postponed course in the second round courses is not marked with (star) unless he has failed the course.

The postponement is saved in the control department and a copy is given to the student.

Acceptable cases to take the exceptional exam are: (illness - travel outside the Republic of Yemen - imprisonment - legal excuses for female students such as marriage and childbirth - or any excuse with official documentation)
The date of the exceptional exam is fixed in the period after the end of the supplementary exam for a period of one month.
The student pays the fees prescribed for the subject before the test.
Be in a course or two courses only.
Postponement to the supplementary round for the same academic year.·,,, Exams are marked out of one hundred except in subjects of a practical nature.

Exceptional Exam:

The student is considered to have failed if ten days have passed and the student did not attend the exam.

Improvement:

It is in a course or two in which the student obtained an acceptable grade.

It is only for fourth-level students after passing all the courses immediately after the eighth semester.

Withdrawing from the university after three to four weeks of starting the study in the first semester, the student bears 25% of the tuition fees for the first semester.
Withdrawing from the university after the first and second week of study in the first semester have passed, the tuition fees paid will be refunded.
The calculation of tuition, registration and service fees for the student who withdraws after registration as follows:Registration fees and clearing fees are not refunded upon withdrawal from the university.
Complete the evacuation procedures according to the approved form.
Submit a written request from the student to withdraw his file from the university according to the approved form (Clearance form for students withdrawing after registration).
The student has the right to withdraw from the university after registration according to the following procedures:
The student&,,rsquo,s grades are recorded as a subject other than reappeared, except in the courses in which he has previously failed.Fees for a course improvement exam are charged according to the special fee regulations.

Withdrawal from the university:

Withdrawing from the university after the fifth week has passed from the start of study in the first semester, the student bears 50% of the tuition fees for the first semester.&,,bull, Withdrawing from the university after the sixth week and above from the start of study in the first semester, the student bears 100% of the tuition fees for the first semester.&,,bull, The same procedures are applied to the student if he withdraws from the university in the second semester if he has paid all fees for the first semester.The student shall be charged the fees for withdrawing the file approved in the special fee list after two weeks have passed from the date of registration.
