الأرحية المائية بالمغرب الأقصى خلال العصر الوسيط: التقنية والتنظيم الاقتصادي Water mills in Morocco during the Middle Ages: technology and economic organization د. ناصر بن علي بن سالم الندابي1 د. نادية هاشمي2 تتحدث دراستنا عن الأرحية المائية التي لعبت دورا مهما في حياة سكان بلاد المغرب الأقصى في العصر الوسيط، فجاءت دراستنا بعنوان: الأرحية المائية بالمغرب الأقصى خلال العصر الوسيط: التقنية والتنظيم الاقتصادي، وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في كونها تركز على هذه الآلة متعرضة إلى توزيعها الجغرافي ومحاولة لحصر أعدادها، وما تعلق بها من تأثير على الجوانب الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والفقهية، وأخذت الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي تارة ومنهج الاستقراء والاستنتاج تارة أخرى كما أعارت اهتماما بمنهج النقد التاريخي، وطرحت الدراسة عدد من الأسئلة على رأسها كم العدد التقريبي للأرحية المائية في أثناء إجراء الدراسة؟ وما جوانب التأثير الذي أحدثته في المجتمع المغربي في العصر الوسيط سواء في الجانب الاقتصادي أو الاجتماعي أو الفقهي؟ وخرجت بالعديد من النتائج يأتي في مقدمتها إبداع الإنسان المغربي في تصنيع هذه الآلة، ومدى استغلاله للموارد المائية، والتطور التقني الذي شهدته منطقة الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأرحية- المغرب الأقصى- التقنية - الجانب الاقتصادي - الجانب الفقهي. Our study talks about the water mill that played an important role in the lives of the inhabitants of the Morocco in the Middle Ages. Our study was entitled: “The Water Mill in Morocco during the Middle Ages: Technology and Economic Organization.” The importance of this study lies in the fact that it focuses on this instrument, examining its geographical distribution and attempting to limit its numbers and the impact it has on social, economic and jurisprudential aspects. The study took the descriptive approach at times and the induction and deduction approach at other times. It also paid attention to the historical criticism approach.The study raised a number of questions, most notably: What is the approximate number of water mills at the time of the study? And what aspects of influence did they have on Moroccan society in the Middle Ages, whether in the economic, social or jurisprudential aspects? It came out with many results, the most important of which is the creativity of the Moroccan people in manufacturing this machine, the extent of their exploitation of water resources, and the technical development witnessed by the study area.
