مدى جاهزية اليمن للذكاء الاصطناعي والآثار الاقتصادية المتوقعة The extent of Yemens readiness for artificial intelligence and the expected economic impacts دكتور سالم عبدالله محمد باسويد* Dr.Salem Abdulla Mohammed Baswaid يهدف البحث التعرف على الذكاء الاصطناعي ودراسة مدى الاستعداد والجاهزية والآثار الاقتصادية المتوقعة له في اليمن. ولهذا الغرض، تم استخدام المنهجين الوصفي التحليلي والإحصائي. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها: الضعف الشديد في الاستفادة من تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، ويرجع ذلك إلى عدد من التحديات السياسية والتقنية والقانونية والمالية والبشرية التي أثرت سلباً في البنية التقنية، مما أدى إلى إيجاد بيئة غير ملائمة لتوسع وانتشار الذكاء الاصطناعي. وأوصى البحث بتثبيت السلام والاستقرار الاقتصادي واتخاذ عدد من التدابير لتعظيم الاستفادة من الذكاء الاصطناعي كالاستثمار في البنية التقنية وتطوير القدرات البشرية والحوكمة. الكلمات المفتاحية الذكاء الاصطناعي، التنمية الاقتصادية، التقنيات، الأتمتة Abstract The research aims to identify artificial intelligence and study the extent of readiness and expected economic effects of it in Yemen. For this purpose, descriptive analytical and statistical approaches were used. Among the most important findings we reached: the extreme weakness in benefiting from these applications, and this is due to a number of political, technical, legal, financial and human challenges that negatively affected the technical structure, which led to the creation of an unsuitable environment for the expansion and spread of artificial intelligence. The research recommended establishing peace and economic stability and taking a number of measures to maximize the benefit of artificial intelligence, such as investing in technical infrastructure, developing human capabilities, and governance.
