فقه الجمع بين الأحاديث الواردة بتقديم الشخص الأكبر والأيمن في مقام الإكرام Jurisprudence of Reconciling Hadiths Regarding Giving Precedence to the Elder and the Right-Handed in Matters of Honor د. عبد الله بن فهد القاضي* الملخص يهدف البحث إلى: 1- الجمع بين الأحاديث الواردة في تقديم الشخص الأكبر والواردة في تقديم الشخص الأيمن في مقام الإكرام. 2- كشف مقاصد الشارع الحكيم في هذا الباب. منهج البحث: المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي. النتائج: 1- ثبوت عدم تعارض السنن الواردة في تقديم الشخص الأكبر والأيمن، وظهور وجه الجمع بينها. 2- بيان مشروعية تقديم الشخص الأفضل -عند وجوده- على الشخص الأكبر والأيمن. 3- إبراز مقاصد الشارع الحكيم في هذا الترتيب الاجتماعي. الكلمات المفتاحية: توقير - احترام - الكبير - الأيمن - كبّر - بروتوكول - إتكيت. Abstract: Research Objectives: 1. To reconcile the hadiths that indicate giving precedence to the elder and those that indicate giving precedence to the right-handed in matters of honor. 2. To reveal the intentions of the Wise Legislator (Allah) in this regard. Research Methodology: Inductive and analytical approach. Results: 1. Confirmation of the absence of contradiction between the hadiths concerning giving precedence to the elder and the right-handed, and clarification of how to reconcile them. 2. Clarification of the legitimacy of giving precedence to the more virtuous person (when present) over the elder and the right-handed. 3.
