التأصيل العلمي لمهارات التواصل وأهميتها للمعلمين The Theoretical Foundation of Communication Skills and Their Importance for Teachers الباحث / محمد شوقي ناصر الشرعبي* MOHAMMED SHAWQI NASSER ALSHARABI الملخص يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن التأصيل العلمي لمهارات التواصل وأهميتها للمعلمين، ولتحقيق هدف البحث، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وأوضح البحث أن مهارات الاتصال من أهم المهارات التي يحتاجها الإنسان في حياته بشكل ضروري، سواءً كان في العمل أو في العلاقات العامة، أو الأسرية، كما أكد البحث بضرورة الاهتمام بتطبيق مهارات الاتصال في حياة الأفراد بشكل عام وفي مؤسسات التعليم بشكل خاص، وذلك لتحسين العملية التعليمية وتنمية مهارات الاتصال لدى المعلمين، كما أشار البحث إلى أن تطوير مهارات الاتصال يمكن أن يؤدي إلى تحسين مستوى الدخل للأفراد، وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بمهارات الاتصال وتطبيقها في مختلف المجالات. الكلمات المفتاحية: التأصيل العلمي لمهارات التواصل وأهميتها للمعلمين. Abstract This study aims to examine the theoretical foundations of communication skills and their significance for teachers. To achieve this objective, the researcher employed the descriptive-historical method. The findings reveal that communication skills are among the most essential competencies individuals need in their daily lives, whether in the workplace, social contexts, or family relationships. The study emphasizes the need to foster and apply these skills in general life, and particularly within educational institutions, to improve the learning process and develop communication skills among teachers. Moreover, the research suggests that individuals with strong communication abilities are more likely to achieve higher income levels.
