المصلحة المرسلة ودورها في مواجهة تحديات التعليم الجامعي في ضوء مقاصد القرآن الكريم The Role of Al-Maslaha Al-Mursala in Addressing the Challenges of University Education in Light of the Objectives of the Quran د. إسماعيل محمد عبده السَّلْفي* الملخص يهدف البحث إلى اقتراح معالجات للتحديات التي تواجه التعليم الجامعي المعاصر من خلال تفعيل المصلحة المرسلة في ضوء مقاصد القرآن الكريم، بما يسهم في تطوير البيئة التعليمية، وتحسين جودتها، وتعزيز قيم العدالة والإبداع داخل المؤسسات الأكاديمية. وقد تضمن البحث ستة مباحث رئيسية، تناولت محاور متعددة: المبحث الأول: استعراض دور المصلحة المرسلة في تطوير النظم التعليمية بما يحقق مقاصد القرآن. المبحث الثاني: تناول أثر المصلحة المرسلة في ترسيخ المثابرة والصبر في التعليم، في ضوء قوله تعالى: ﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اصْبِرُوا وَصَابِرُوا﴾ (آل عمران: 200) المبحث الثالث: ابرز أهمية التعاون والعدالة في التعليم الجامعي، استنادًا إلى آيات مثل: ﴿وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى﴾ (المائدة: 2) وأهمية العدالة في التقييم الأكاديمي استنادًا إلى قوله تعالى: ﴿إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَن تُؤَدُّوا الْأَمَانَاتِ إِلَىٰ أَهْلِهَا﴾ (النساء: 58). والدعوة إلى تعزيز التعاون بين الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس. المبحث الرابع: ركز على الإبداع والتفكير النقدي في البحث العلمي، في ضوء التوجيهات القرآنية من خلال تحليل الآيات التي تدعو إلى ذلك. المبحث الخامس: أبرز أهمية تحقيق التوازن بين العلم والعمل في التعليم الجامعي، وكيف يمكن للمصلحة المرسلة أن تسهم في تحقيق ذلك التوازن من خلال الاستناد إلى آيات مثل ﴿وَقُلِ اعْمَلُوا فَسَيَرَى اللَّهُ عَمَلَكُمْ﴾ (التوبة: 105). المبحث السادس: يسلط الضوء على دور القيادة الأكاديمية الرشيدة وغرس النزاهة، استنادًا إلى قيم الإحسان في القرآن، من خلال آيات مثل: ﴿إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ﴾ (البقرة: 195). وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، من خلال جمع الآيات المتعلقة بالموضوع، ودراستها وتحليلها في ضوء واقع التعليم الجامعي، مع تفعيل المصلحة المرسلة كأداة اجتهادية لمعالجة تلك التحديات، ضمن إطار الشريعة الإسلامية ومقاصدها العامة وكان من أبرز النتائج: تأكيد فاعلية المصلحة المرسلة في معالجة مشكلات التعليم الجامعي ضمن الإطار المقاصدي للقرآن، وتشجيع القرآن الكريم على التعليم المستمر، والتطوير الذاتي، للوصول إلى النمو المستدام من خلال استخدام المصلحة المرسلة، واكساب طلبة الجامعة خلق الصبر والتَّحمل كوسيلة للنجاح، ومواجهة التحديات، والعمل على تشجيع التفكير النقدي البناء المنضبط بالمقاصد القرآنية. الكلمات المفتاحية: المصلحة المرسلة، التعليم الجامعي، مقاصد القرآن الكريم، المقاصد الشرعية، تطوير التعليم، التفكير النقدي، العدالة الأكاديمية، الإبداع الجامعي، القيادة التعليمية. Abstract: This study aims to address the challenges facing contemporary university education by utilizing al-Maslaha al-Mursala (unrestricted public interest) in light of the objectives (maqāṣid) of the Qur’an. The goal is to contribute to the development of the educational environment, improve its quality, and promote values of justice and creativity within academic institutions. The research is structured into six main sections, each addressing a distinct theme: 1. Exploring the role of al-Maslaha al-Mursala in developing educational systems in accordance with Qur’anic objectives. 2. Examining the impact of al-Maslaha al-Mursala in reinforcing perseverance in education, based on the verse: ﴿O you who have believed, persevere and endure﴾ (Āl ʿImrān: 200). 3. Highlighting the importance of cooperation and justice in university education, based on verses such as: ﴿And cooperate in righteousness and piety﴾ (al-Mā’idah: 2) and ﴿Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due﴾ (al-Nisāʾ: 58), while emphasizing collaborative engagement between students and faculty. 4. Focusing on creativity and critical thinking in academic research in light of Qur’anic directives that encourage reflection and intellectual development. 5. Emphasizing the balance between knowledge and action in higher education, and how al-Maslaha al-Mursala contributes to this aim, as in the verse: ﴿And say, “Do [as you will], for Allah will see your deeds”﴾ (al-Tawbah: 105). 6. Shedding light on the role of wise academic leadership and the promotion of integrity, grounded in the Qur’anic value of iḥsān (excellence), as in the verse: ﴿Indeed, Allah loves the doers of good﴾ (al-Baqarah: 195). The study employed the inductive-analytical method, collecting and analyzing Quranic verses relevant to the topic, and examining them in light of contemporary realities in university education. It utilized al-Maslaha al-Mursala as a juristic tool to address emerging challenges, within the broader framework of Islamic law and its maqāṣid. Key findings include the confirmation of the effectiveness of al-Maslaha al-Mursala in addressing issues in university education through the Qur’anic maqāṣid-based framework; the Qur’an’s emphasis on continuous learning and self-development as paths to sustainable growth; and the role of perseverance, patience, and critical thinking in building academic success aligned with Qur’anic objectives.
