دور أنظمة ذكاء الأعمال في تنمية رأس المال الفكري في المستشفيات الخاصة بأمانة العاصمة صنعاء The Role of Business Intelligence Systems in Developing Intellectual Capital in Private Hospitals In the Capital Secretariat Sanaa الباحثة/ أمريه أحمد علي الجراش أ.م.د. عبدالرحمن أحمد مانع الملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور أنظمة ذكاء الأعمال في تنمية رأس المال الفكري في المستشفيات الخاصة في أمانة العاصمة صنعاء. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، أما عينة الدراسة فقد بلغ عددهم (169) موظفاً، واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، وتم معالجة البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام برنامج (SPSS)، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى إن مستوى تطبيق أنظمة ذكاء الأعمال في المستشفيات – محل الدراسة – كان مرتفعاً في كل أبعادها، وجاء ترتيب الأبعاد تنازلياً:(دعم الموقف التنافسي، جمع وتحليل البيانات، المعالجة التحليلية الفورية، إدارة أداء الأعمال، الذكاء التنافسي ) حيث كان هناك اهتمام بتطبيق أنظمة ذكاء الأعمال، وتهتم المستشفيات-محل الدراسة- اهتمامًا مرتفعًا بتوفر رأس المال الفكري بكل أبعاده: (رأس المال الهيكلي، رأس المال البشري، رأس المال العلائقي). وأن هناك دوراً ايجابياً ذا دلالة إحصائية لأنظمة ذكاء الأعمال في تنمية رأس المال الفكري فـي المستشفيات محل الدراسة. ويختلف تأثير كل بُعد من أبعاد أنظمة ذكاء الأعمال في تنمية رأس المال الفكري فـي المستشفيات. وقد أوصت الدراسة المستشفيات- محل الدراسة- ببذل المزيد من الاهتمام والاستمرار في استخدام أنظمة ذكاء الأعمال؛ لأنها تُعدُّ أداة إستراتيجية لنمو وتطوير الخدمات المالية والمصرفية، وتوظيف مزايا تقنيات ذكاء الأعمال فيما يتعلق بجودة الخدمات الصحية. الكلمات المفتاحية: ذكاء الأعمال، رأس المال الفكري، المستشفيات الخاصة. Abstract This study aimed to identify the role of business intelligence systems in developing intellectual capital in private hospitals in the capital, Sanaa. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The study sample numbered (169) employees, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting Data were processed statistically using the SPSS program. The study concluded that the level of application of business intelligence systems in the hospitals under study was high in all its dimensions. The dimensions were arranged in descending order: (supporting the competitive position, collecting and analyzing data, analytical processing (immediacy, business performance management, competitive intelligence) as there was interest in applying business intelligence systems, and the hospitals - the subject of the study - are highly interested in the availability of intellectual capital in all its dimensions: (structural capital, human capital, relational capital). And there is a positive role with statistical significance Business intelligence systems have a significant impact on developing intellectual capital in the hospitals under study. The impact of each dimension of business intelligence systems on developing intellectual capital in hospitals varies. The study recommended that the hospitals under study pay more attention to and continue using business intelligence systems. Business, as it is a strategic tool for the growth and development of financial and banking services, and for leveraging the advantages of business intelligence technologies to enhance the quality of healthcare services.
