الأجوبة الواضحة الدلالة على تعبده صلى الله عليه وسلم قبل الرسالة للشيخ عبد الكريم بن الشيخ حسين الأركلي الحنفي قاضي القدس الشريف المتوفى (بعد سنة 979 هـ) -دراسة وتحقيق- The Clear Evidences Regarding His ﷺ Acts of Worship Before the Prophetic Mission authored by the distinguished scholar and jurist, Qāḍī Abd al-Karīm ibn Ḥusayn al-Arkalī al-Ḥanafī d. after 979 AH) د. دولة بنت محمد العسيري* ملخص البحث هذه رسالة لطيفة بعنوان: الأجوبة الواضحة الدلالة على تعبده ﷺ قبل الرسالة، وهي من تأليف العلامة القاضي عبد الكريم بن حسين الأركلي الحنفي (ت بعد 979هـ)، أحد قضاة مدينة القدس الشريف في القرن العاشر الهجري. وتعد هذه الرسالة من المؤلفات المهمة التي تفردت ببحث مسألة تعبد النبي ﷺ قبل بعثته، وما يتفرع عن ذلك من قضايا عقدية، كمسألة عصمة الأنبياء قبل النبوة، والتأسي بأفعاله ﷺ قبل البعثة، وموقف المدارس الكلامية من هذه المسائل. وتأتي هذه الرسالة في أصلها جوابًا موسعًا لسؤال وُجه إلى المؤلف من أحد طلاب العلم، سأل فيه عن صفة تعبد النبي ﷺ قبل الوحي، وهل كان على ملة سابقة، وما هيئة عبادته من صلاة وقراءة وطهارة، طالبًا جوابًا تفصيليًا معزوًا إلى أقوال العلماء. وقد لبّى المؤلف هذا الطلب بإجابة علمية وافية، تجاوز فيها حدود السؤال إلى مسائل عقدية أخرى، في منهج تعليمي استدلالي يعكس عنايته بالتعليم والإيضاح. وقد اعتنى المؤلف بجمع الأقوال وتوثيقها من كتب الأصوليين والمتكلمين، متبعاً أسلوباً تعليمياً تفصيلياً، ومقروناً بالتلخيص في ختام كل مسألة، مع ميل واضح إلى المصادر الأشعرية والماتريدية، وانتهى في مسألة العصمة إلى أن النبي ﷺ كان على التوحيد الخالص على ملة جده إبراهيم عليه السلام. الكلمات المفتاحية: تعبد النبي قبل البعثة، قبل الرسالة، الأجوبة الواضحة، عصمة الأنبياء، عبد الكريم الأركلي.   This is a concise treatise entitled “Al-Ajwibah al-Wāḍiḥah al-Dilālah ʿalā Taʿabbudihi ﷺ Qabla al-Baʿthah” (“The Clear Evidences Regarding His ﷺ Acts of Worship Before the Prophetic Mission”), authored by the distinguished scholar and jurist, Qāḍī ʿAbd al-Karīm ibn Ḥusayn al-Arkalī al-Ḥanafī (d. after 979 AH), one of the judges of al-Quds (Jerusalem) in the tenth century AH. This treatise is a significant theological contribution that uniquely investigates the Prophet’s ﷺ worship before the divine revelation, along with related doctrinal questions such as the infallibility of prophets before prophethood, the legal status of emulating the Prophet’s ﷺ pre-prophetic actions, and the positions of various theological schools on these issues. Originally, the treatise was composed as an extended response to a scholarly inquiry directed to the author by one of his students. The question focused on the nature of the Prophet’s ﷺ worship before the revelation: whether he followed a previous divine law, and what the form of his prayer, recitation, and ritual purity was. The author responded with a comprehensive scholarly treatment that expanded beyond the question to address broader theological concerns, using a didactic and evidential method that reflects his pedagogical intent. The author’s methodology is characterized by the extensive collection and documentation of opinions from the works of jurists and theologians. He adopts a detailed educational style supplemented by concluding summaries at the end of each issue. While he demonstrates a clear reliance on Ashʿarī and Māturīdī sources, he ultimately aligns with the Sunni position on the issue of prophetic infallibility, affirming that the Prophet ﷺ adhered to pure monotheism, following the creed of Abraham (peace be upon him).
