دور المرشدات الطلابيات في تعزيز قيم المواطنة لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية: دارسة ميدانية من وجهة نظر الطالبات The Role of Student Counselors in Promoting Citizenship Values among Secondary School Female Students: A Field Study from the Students’ Perspective الباحثة/ غرسة بنت مشبب آل نومة* هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن دور المرشدات الطلابيات في تعزيز قيم المواطنة لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، من خلال استبانة طُبِّقت على (عينة عشوائية) من طالبات المرحلة الثانوية؛ مثلت نسبتها (6.447%) من المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج، أهمها: تُعَزِّز المرشدات الطلابيات قيم المواطنة لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بخميس مشيط بدرجة كبيرة، وتُعَزِّز المرشدات الطلابيات بُعد الانتماء الثقافي لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بخميس مشيط بدرجة كبيرة، وتُعَزِّز المرشدات الطلابيات البعد السياسي لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بخميس مشيط بدرجة كبيرة وتُعَزِّز المرشدات الطلابيات بُعد الحقوق والواجبات لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بخميس مشيط بدرجة كبيرة، ويتضح من خلال النتائج أن أبرز الأدوار التي تمارسها المرشدات الطلابيات لتعزيز قيم المواطنة لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية تمثلت في دورهن في تعزيز الانتماء الثقافي لدى الطالبات، وعلى ضوء النتائج التي أسفرت عنها الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإرشاد الطلابي، قيم المواطنة، المواطنة. Abstract This study aimed to identify the role of student counselors in promoting citizenship values among secondary school female students. To achieve these objectives, the study employed the descriptive method through a questionnaire administered to a random sample of secondary school students, representing 6.447% of the total study population. The study reached several findings, the most important of which are: student counselors significantly promote citizenship values among secondary school female students in Khamis Mushait; they also significantly promote the dimension of cultural belonging, the political dimension, and the dimension of rights and duties. The results further revealed that the most prominent role practiced by student counselors in promoting citizenship values lies in strengthening cultural belonging among students. In light of the study’s findings, the researcher presented several recommendations, the most important of which are: encouraging student counselors to deliver morning assembly talks on students’ rights to freedom of thought and expression, motivating them to organize radio programs highlighting the importance of women’s participation in political life, and urging them to employ counseling programs to instill democratic values among students.
