أوجه الاتفاق والاختلاف بين ما يبسمل عليه وما لا يبسمل عليه من العبادات والمباحات دراسة مقارنة Points of Agreement and Disagreement Between Acts of Worship and Permissible Actions that Require the Basmalah and Those that Do Not – A comparative Study د. عبده حسين محمد الضبيبي* الملخص جاء هذا البحث بعنوان: أوجه الاتفاق والاختلاف بين ما يبسمل عليه وما لا يبسمل عليه من العبادات والمباحات -دراسة مقارنة، وتظهر أهمية البحث في كونه يبين أفعال العباد من القربات والمباحات التي تشرع لها البسملة، ويظهر أوجه الاتفاق والاختلاف بينهما مع بيان الحِكَم والأسباب، وهدف البحث لجمع ودراسة تلك الأوجه مع بيان حكم وأسباب الجمع والتفريق، واعتُمِدَ على المنهج الاستقرائي والمقارن والتحليل الوصفي، وقسم البحث إلى مقدمة ومبحث تمهيدي ومبحثين، حيث تناول المبحث التمهيدي تعريف الأوجه والبسملة، بينما تناول المبحث الأول ما يتعلق بأفعال العباد من البسملة، وتناول المبحث الثاني أوجه الجمع والفرق بين ما يبسمل عليه وما لا يبسمل عليه من العبادات أو المباحات، وختم البحث بذكر أهم النتائج، منها: أن غالب الأفعال التعبدية منها والمباحة قد نصَّ الشرع على ابتدائها بالبسملة، كما نصَّ على ابتداء بعضها بأذكار معينة غير البسملة، فيقتصر بالبسملة في كل ما ورد فيه النص، ويقتصر أيضًا بالذكر المعين في كل ما ورد فيه نصٌّ، وما لا نصَّ فيه فيجوز فيه البسملة والتحميد وكل ما يتحصل به ذكر الله تعالى. الكلمات المفتاحية: أوجه، الاتفاق، الاختلاف، البسملة، ما يبسمل عليه، ما لا يبسمل عليه. Abstract This study is entitled: “Points of Agreement and disagreement between acts of worship and Permissible actions that require the Basmalah and those that do not - a comparative study.” The significance of the study lies in its clarification of the acts of worship and permissible actions for which the Basmalah is prescribed, while also highlighting the points of agreement and difference between them, along with the underlying wisdom and reasons. The aim of the research is to collect and examine these aspects, explaining the rulings and reasons for combining or distinguishing between them. The study employs the inductive, comparative, and descriptive-analytical methods. The research is divided into an introduction, a preliminary section, and two main sections. The preliminary section defines the concepts of aspects and the Basmalah. The first section addresses matters related to the acts of worship in connection with the Basmalah, while the second chapter discusses the points of convergence and divergence between acts that begin with the Basmalah and those that do not, whether in worship or in permissible actions. The research concludes with several key findings, including: most acts whether devotional or permissible—have explicit textual evidence prescribing their initiation with the Basmalah. Other acts, however, are legislated to begin with specific invocations other than the Basmalah, and thus, one must adhere to the Basmalah only where a text prescribes it, and to the specified invocation where a text prescribes it. As for acts where no text exists, it is permissible to begin with the Basmalah, praise tahmid, or any form of remembrance of Allah Almighty.
