القول المعلوم في إباحة النظر في النجوم للعلامة عبد الرحمن بن محمد النتيفي الجعفري (ت1385هـ) - تحقيق ودراسة - Al-Qawl Al-Malum Fi Ibahat Al-Nazar Fi Al-Nujum by the scholar Abd Al-Rahman ibn Muhammad Al-Nutaifi Al-Jafari (d. 1385 AH) - Investigation and study - د/ فهد بن عيسى الدهمشي العنزي* ملخص البحث عنوان البحث: تحقيق رسالة: «القول المعلوم في إباحة النظر في النجوم» للعلَّامة عبد الرحمن بن محمد النتيفي الجعفري (ت1385هـ). الهدف من التحقيق: هو إخراج تراث أهل العلم، والعناية به. خطة البحث وإجراءات التحقيق: جعلتُ البحث في قسمين: الأوَّل: قسم للدراسة؛ وذكرتُ فيه ترجمة موجزة للمؤلف بذكر اسمه ونسبه ومولده ووفاته، وأشرتُ إلى نشأته ورحلاته وثناء العلماء عليه وأهم مؤلفاته وشيوخه وطلابه، ثم دراسة الكتاب وتوثيق اسمه ونسبته للمؤلف ومنهجه فيه، ثم وصف النسخة الخطية. والثاني: قسم التحقيق؛ وقد ضبطتُ فيه النص، وعلَّقتُ على المسائل التي تحتاج إلى تعليق وتوضيح، وخرَّجتُ النصوص والأقوال. نتائج الدراسة: قد توصلتُ إلى النتائج الآتية: 1- صحة نسبة الرسالة لمؤلفها. 2- سعة علم الشيخ وتقيده باتباع الدليل. 3- أنَّ تقريرات المصنف موافقة لتقريرات أهل السُّنة عدا مسألتين تم التعليق عليهما. الكلمات المفتاحية: (القول المعلوم، إباحة، النجوم، النتيفي). Research Title: Investigation of the Treatise: Al-Qawl Al-Malum Fi Ibahat Al-Nazar Fi Al-Nujum by the scholar Abd Al-Rahman ibn Muhammad Al-Nutaifi Al-Jafari (d. 1385 AH) - Investigation and study -. The Objective of the Investigation: To extract and preserve the legacy of scholars. Research Plan and Investigation Procedures: I divided the research into two sections: The first: A study section; in it, I provided a brief biography of the author, including his name, lineage, birth, and death. I also referred to his upbringing, travels, scholars praise of him, his most important works, his sheikhs, and his students. I then studied the book, documenting its name, attribution to the author, and his methodology, followed by a description of the manuscript. The second: An investigation section; in it, I punctuated the text, commented on issues requiring commentary and clarification, and graduated the texts and statements. Results of the Study: I reached the following conclusions: 1. The authenticity of the attribution of the treatise to its author. 2. The sheikhs extensive knowledge and his adherence to following evidence. 3- The authors statements are consistent with those of the Sunnis, except for two issues that have been commented on.
