أثر الريادة الاستراتيجية في الاستدامة المالية دراسة ميدانية في إدارة المدارس الأهلية في أمانة العاصمة - صنعاء The Impact of Strategic Entrepreneurship on Financial Sustainability A Field Study in the Management of Private Schools in the Capital Municipality (Sana’a) الباحث/ راجح علي حسين صالح عتيق (1، *) أ. م. د/ عبد العزيز محمد المخلافي (2) الملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر الريادة الاستراتيجية في الاستدامة المالية في إدارة المدارس الأهلية بأمانة العاصمة صنعاء. ولتحقيق ذلك، تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيثُ استُخدمت الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة الذي تكوّن من (738) مدرسة أهلية موزعة على جميع مديريات أمانة العاصمة صنعاء. وتم استخدام أسلوب العينة العنقودية متعددة المراحل لاختيار عينة مكونة من (306) من الكوادر الإدارية والمالية. وبعد تحليل البيانات توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية لممارسات الريادة الاستراتيجية في الاستدامة المالية في إدارة المدارس الأهلية - أمانة العاصمة - صنعاء، أي أن التحسن في الريادة الاستراتيجية بنسبة ((%100 يؤدي إلى تغير (تحسن) في الاستدامة المالية بنسبة (71.4%). بالإضافة إلى ذلك، أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى ممارسة الريادة الاستراتيجية إلى جانب مستوى التحقق من الاستدامة المالية كانا مرتفعين بشكل ملحوظ في عينة الدراسة. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، خلصت الدراسة إلى تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات، تمثلت أبرزها في: ضرورة قيام المدارس الأهلية بأمانة العاصمة صنعاء بتعزيز التخطيط المالي، وتحسين الممارسات المالية، وتطوير وتنويع مصادر الإيرادات بشكل استراتيجي، بهدف ضمان تحقيق استدامة مالية طويلة الأجل. الكلمات المفتاحية: الريادة الاستراتيجية - الاستدامة المالية - المدارس الأهلية - أمانة العاصمة صنعاء. Abstract This study aimed to analyze the impact of strategic entrepreneurship on financial sustainability in the management of private schools in the Capital Municipality (Sana’a). To this end, a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, whereby a questionnaire was employed as the primary instrument for data collection. The study population comprised all (738) private schools across all directorates of the Capital Municipality. By applying a multistage cluster sampling technique, a sample of (306) managerial and financial staff was selected. After analyzing the data, the findings demonstrated a statistically significant impact of strategic entrepreneurship practices on enhancing financial sustainability in the management of private schools in the Capital Municipality, indicating that a 100% improvement in strategic entrepreneurship leads to a 71.4% improvement in achieving financial sustainability. Furthermore, the results revealed that both the level of strategic entrepreneurship practice and the level of financial sustainability achievement were significantly high within the study sample. In light of these findings, the study concluded by proposing a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: the necessity for private schools to comprehensively enhance financial planning, improve financial practices, and strategically develop diversified revenue streams to ensure long-term financial sustainability.
