تعتبر قضية حقوق المرأة من القضايا التي اهتمت بها المؤسسات والمواثيق الدولية لحقوق الإنسان وأولت لها عناية فائقة، وقد هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على حقوق المرأة المتضمنة في سورة الطلاق، وبيان مقاصد القرآن الكريم في تحقيقها في ضوء التربية الإسلامية. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الاستنباطي والاستقرائي، وتوصل إلى جملة من النتائج أبرزها: أن من مقاصد القرآن تكريم الإنسان وتحقيق حقوق الخلق جميعاً وذلك من خلال تطبيق التوجيهات القرآنية في كافة مجالات الحياة. يتميز القرآن الكريم بأسبقية التأكيد على قضايا حقوق الإنسان وحقوق المرأة على وجه الخصوص ويعتبرها منحة إلهية وواجب ديني ثابت لا يتبدل ولا يتغير، مؤكداً أن كثيراً مما جاءت به المواثيق الدولية حول حقوق الإنسان والمرأة بصفة خاصة هو تقرير لما بينه القرآن الكريم. وتتضمن سورة الطلاق مقاصد تربوية في تحقيق حقوق المرأة تدعم دورها في التربية وتحفظ لها حقوقها في التعامل معها بالإحسان في كل الظروف مما يصون كرامتها. ومن مقاصد سورة الطلاق العامة العناية بالأسرة، وعلاج المشكلات التي تقع بين الزوجين، وبيان حق المرأة في الطلاق. رسمت مقاصد سورة الطلاق إطاراً متكاملاً لحقوق المرأة في حال الطلاق، يوازن بين العدل والرحمة، ويمنع الإضرار بها نفسيًا أو مادياً. وقد تضمنت سورة الطلاق حقوقاً مهمة للمرأة وتشمل: حق الرضاعة وأخذ الأجرة عليها، وإذا امتنعت الزوجة على الزوج أن يستأجر مرضعة أخرى مع حفظ كرامة الأم وحقها في الأجر إذا رضيت بالإرضاع، مما يبرز الدور الحيوي للمرأة في رعاية وتربية الأولاد، وكذلك حق السكنى، وحق النفقة، وحق حسن العشرة. وأفاد البحث كذلك أن سورة الطلاق لم تنزل لإباحة الطلاق، بل لتنظيمه بما يحفظ كرامة المرأة المسلمة وتمنع الظلم ضدها وإضرارها، وتضم منظومة متكاملة من الحقوق التي تحمي المرأة مادياً ومعنوياً، وتؤكد على دورها التربوي الكبير في بناء الأسرة والمجتمع.

Abstract
The issue of women's rights has received significant attention from international human rights institutions and conventions. This study sought to uncover the women's rights included in Surat At-Talaq and to clarify the objectives of the Noble Quran in promoting them in light of Islamic education. To achieve this goal, the study adopted both deductive and inductive approach. One of the most prominent findings is that the Qur'an's objectives include honoring humanity and promoting the rights of all people through the application of Qur'anic guidance in all aspect of life. The Noble Quran is considered the first book to address human rights, and women's rights in particular, and considers them a divine gift and an unchanging religious duty. It affirms that much of what is stated in international conventions on human rights, and women's rights in particular, is a confirmation of what the Noble Quran has stated. The study confirmed that Surat At-Talaq includes educational objectives for achieving women's rights, supporting their role in raising children and preserving their rights to be treated kindly in all circumstances, thus preserving their dignity. Among the general objectives of this surah are caring for the family, addressing problems that arise between spouses, and clarifying the rights of divorced women. Surat At-Talaq outlines the rights of divorced women in a comprehensive manner, balancing justice and mercy and preventing psychological or material harm to women. These rights include the right to breastfeed and to receive compensation, raising children, as well as the right to housing, the right to livelihood, and the right to good treatment.
