الخطاب التربوي والإعلامي في نشر ثقافة حقوق الإنسان دراسة مقارنة Educational and Media Discourse in Disseminating Human Rights Culture: A Comparative Study الباحث/ عيد حرمل القحطاني* أ.د / مسفر بن جبران القحطاني** الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور الخطاب التربوي والإعلامي في نشر ثقافة حقوق الإنسان من خلال منهج مقارن. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي المقارن لفحص أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بين الخطابين، وتوصلت إلى وجود إمكانية كبيرة للتكامل بينهما رغم التحديات القائمة في الممارسة العملية. كشفت النتائج عن تميز الخطاب التربوي بالاستمرارية والقدرة على البناء التدريجي للوعي الحقوقي، بينما يتميز الخطاب الإعلامي بالانتشار الواسع والسرعة في التأثير. كما أظهرت وجود فجوة بين الإطار النظري والتطبيق العملي في كلا المجالين. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة تطوير المناهج التعليمية، وتدريب الكوادر التربوية والإعلامية، وإنشاء آليات للتنسيق المؤسسي بين القطاعين لتحقيق التكامل الفعال في نشر ثقافة حقوق الإنسان. الكلمات المفتاحية: الخطاب التربوي، الخطاب الإعلامي، حقوق الإنسان، الثقافة الحقوقية، الدراسة المقارنة. This study aims to analyze the role of educational and media discourse in spreading human rights culture through a comparative approach. The study adopted the comparative analytical method to examine the similarities and differences between the two types of discourse, and found significant potential for integration despite existing challenges in practical implementation. The results revealed that educational discourse is characterized by continuity and the ability to gradually build human rights awareness, while media discourse is distinguished by its wide spread and rapid impact. The study also showed a gap between theoretical framework and practical application in both fields. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: the need to develop educational curricula, train educational and media personnel, and establish mechanisms for institutional coordination between the two sectors to achieve effective integration in spreading human rights culture.
