دور التربية الإسلامية في العناية بحقوق ذوي الإعاقة من وجهة نظر المعلمين بمنطقة عسير The Role of Islamic Education in Promoting the Rights of People with Disabilities from the Perspective of Teachers in the Asir Region الباحث/ عبدالرحمن حسين سعيد القحطاني* الملخص هدف البحث إلى تحديد واقع اهتمام التربية الإسلامية في العناية بحقوق ذوي الإعاقة بمنطقة عسير، والكشف عن العقبات التي تواجه التربية الإسلامية في العناية بحقوق ذوي الإعاقة بمنطقة عسير، والتعرف على آليات التربية الإسلامية التي تسهم في العناية بحقوق ذوي الإعاقة من وجهة نظر المعلمين بمنطقة عسير، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن دلالة الفروق التي تُعزى لمتغيرات (المستوى التعليمي، وسنوات الخدمة)، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من 162 من معلمي الدراسات الإسلامية لذوي الإعاقة من المدارس التابعة لإدارة التعليم بمنطقة عسير، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وقد توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها: جاء واقع اهتمام التربية الإسلامية في العناية بحقوق ذوي الإعاقة بمنطقة عسير جاءت بمتوسط استجابة (مرتفع) بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.696)، وانحراف معياري (0.576) وتراوحت قيَم متوسطات عبارات البُعد ما بين (2.858) إلى (2.463) بمستوى استجابة (مرتفع) لمعظم العبارات، وجاءت العقبات التي تواجه التربية الإسلامية في العناية بحقوق ذوي الإعاقة بمنطقة عسير جاءت بمتوسط استجابة (مرتفع) بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.510)، وانحراف معياري (0.700) وتراوحت قيَم متوسطات عبارات البُعد ما بين (2.617) إلى (2.481) بمستوى استجابة (مرتفع) لمعظم العبارات، وجاءت آليات التربية الإسلامية التي تسهم في العناية بحقوق ذوي الإعاقة من وجهة نظر المعلمين بمنطقة عسير بمتوسط استجابة (مرتفع) بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.649)، وانحراف معياري (0.593) وتراوحت قيَم متوسطات عبارات البُعد ما بين (2.746) إلى (2.524) بمستوى استجابة (مرتفع) لمعظم العبارات. الكلمات المفتاحية: التربية الإسلامية، حقوق ذوي الإعاقة. This research aimed to determine the level of focus of Islamic Education regarding the rights of people with disabilities in the Asir region, identify the obstacles facing Islamic Education in promoting these rights in the Asir region, and determine the mechanisms contributed by Islamic Education in caring for the rights of people with disabilities in the Asir region, from the perspective of teachers. Furthermore, the study sought to reveal the statistical significance of differences attributable to the variables of (educational level and years of experience). To achieve the research objectives, the descriptive survey method was adopted, using a questionnaire on the role of Islamic Education in promoting the rights of people with disabilities from the teachers perspective. The research sample consisted of 162 Islamic Studies teachers for students with disabilities from schools affiliated with the Education Directorate in the Asir Region, selected via a simple random sampling method. The study yielded the following results: The level of Islamic Educations focus on the rights of people with disabilities in the Asir region received a high mean response, with an arithmetic mean of (2.696) and a standard deviation of (0.576). The mean scores for the dimension items ranged between (2.858) and (2.463), indicating a high level of response for most items. The obstacles facing Islamic Education in promoting the rights of people with disabilities in the Asir region received a high mean response, with an arithmetic mean of (2.510) and a standard deviation of (0.700). The mean scores for the dimension items ranged between (2.617) and (2.481), indicating a high level of response for most items. The mechanisms contributed by Islamic Education in caring for the rights of people with disabilities disabilities in the Asir region, from the teachers perspective, received a high mean response, with an arithmetic mean of (2.649) and a standard deviation of (0.593).
