منهج الشيخ سعيد بن خلفان الخليلي (ت:1287هـ) في التفسير من خلال أجوبته The Methodology of Sheikh Saeed bin Khalfan Al-Khalili (d.1287 AH) in Qur’anic Interpretation through His Responses) د. سعيد بن مسلم الراشدي1 الباحث/ محمد بن ناصر الخروصي2 الملخص يتناول هذا البحث منهج الشيخ سعيد بن خلفان الخليلي (ت:1287هـ) في التفسير من خلال أجوبته، بوصفه أحد أبرز علماء عُمان الذين أسهموا في إثراء المدرسة التفسيرية في القرن الثالث عشر الهجري. اعتمد الباحثان في إعداد هذا البحث على المنهجين الاستقرائي والتحليلي؛ وذلك من خلال استقراء النصوص التفسيرية الواردة في أجوبة الشيخ الخليلي، ثم تحليلها لبيان خصائص منهجه ومصادره وأساليبه في الاستدلال. كشفت النتائج عن أن الشيخ الخليلي تميّز بمنهج تفسيري متكامل يجمع بين النقل والعقل، ويعتمد على القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية وأقوال العلماء، مع توظيف دقيق لعلوم اللغة وأصول الفقه والمنطق. كما برز في تفسيره البعد الاجتهادي والترجيحي من خلال استخدامه أساليب القياس العقلي والتعليل الأصولي، مع الالتزام بروح النص الشرعي دون انغلاق مذهبي. خلص البحث إلى أن منهج الشيخ الخليلي يمثل نموذجًا أصيلًا للتفسير الذي يجمع بين الأصالة والعمق، ويوصي الباحثان بضرورة جمع تفسيراته ودراستها دراسة موسعة لاستكشاف رؤيته التأويلية بصورة أشمل. الكلمات المفتاحية: منهج، الشيخ سعيد بن خلفان الخليلي، التفسير. This research examines the Qur’anic exegesis methodology of Sheikh Saeed bin Khalfan Al-Khalili (d. 1287 AH) through his well-known collection of scholarly responses, Tamheed Qawa‘id Al-Iman. Al-Khalili is recognized as one of the most prominent Omani scholars who contributed to the development of the Ibadi school of Qur’anic interpretation during the 13th century AH. The study employs both the inductive and analytical approaches, by collecting and analyzing the exegetical passages in his writings to identify the foundations, sources, and distinctive features of his interpretive method. Findings reveal that Al-Khalili adopted an integrated exegetical approach, combining textual evidence and rational inference, grounded in the Qur’an, Sunnah, and classical scholarship, while employing linguistic, juristic, and logical analysis. The research concludes that Al-Khalili’s approach represents an authentic Omani interpretive model, characterized by depth, precision, and balance between tradition and reason. The study recommends a comprehensive academic compilation of his exegetical works to further highlight his interpretive contributions.
