المذاكرة العلمية للعلامة الشنقيطي في أهل الفترة وأبوي النبي ﷺ دراسة تحليلية نقدية عقدية Al-Shinqīṭī’s Scholarly Discussion on Ahl al-Fatrah and the Parents of the Prophet - An Analytical Critical Creedal Study- د. عبد الله بن سليمان بن عبد الله الشايع* الملخص يهدف البحث إلى: -بيان موقف العلامة محمد الأمين الشنقيطي -رحمه الله- من أحاديث الآحاد. -استقراء أقوال العلامة محمد الأمين الشنقيطي في أهل الفترة وفي أبوي النبي ﷺ. -معرفة القول المختار للعلامة محمد الأمين الشنقيطي في أهل الفترة وفي أبوي النبي ﷺ. اعتمد البحث المنهج التحليلي النقدي. وتوصل لعدة نتائج أبرزها: - المتعين في تحرير الأقوال ونقلها ما اعتمده العالم في درسه أو مؤلفاته، لا سيما وأن الشنقيطي -رحمه الله- حفظت دروسه المسجلة، وأعيدت كتابتها، وهي في التحرير كمؤلفاته المكتوبة، فإنه يلقي دروسه وكأنه يقرأ من كتاب، وكتابه العذب النمير مثال واضح على هذا. -الأولى عدم الانشغال بالمسائل الخلافية المشتهرة التي يسع فيها الخلاف ولا يترتب عليها عمل، وألا تجعل مورداً للنزاع والشقاق، لا سيما وقد اختلف فيها المحققون من علماء الأمة قروناً متطاولة، وإذا ذكرت بين مأخذ كل منهم وعذره. الكلمات المفتاحية: المذاكرة العلمية، الشنقيطي، الزاحم، أهل الفترة، أبوي النبي ﷺ. Abstract Research Objectives: -To clarify the position of the scholar Muḥammad al-Amīn al-Shinqīṭī (may Allah have mercy on him) regarding solitary (āḥād) hadith reports. -To survey al-Shinqīṭī’s statements concerning Ahl al-Fatrah and the parents of the Prophet ﷺ. -To determine al-Shinqīṭī’s preferred view regarding Ahl al-Fatrah and the parents of the Prophet ﷺ. Methodology: Inductive and analytical approaches. Major Findings of the Study: -When examining and transmitting scholarly opinions, what must be relied upon are the positions the scholar himself adopted in his lessons or written works. This is especially true since al-Shinqīṭī’s recorded lessons have been preserved, transcribed, and are as precise as his authored writings. He would deliver his lessons as though reading from a book—his well-known work al-Aḍwāʾ al-Bayān demonstrates this clearly. -It is preferable not to become preoccupied with famous controversial issues in which scholarly disagreement is permissible and upon which no practical rulings depend. Such matters should not become grounds for dispute or division—particularly since leading scholars of the ummah have differed over them for many centuries, each with a valid basis and scholarly justification.
