مدى ممارسة تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الجامعات الأهلية اليمنية -دراسةً وتحقيق- The Extent of Practicing Artificial Intelligence Techniques in Yemeni Private Universities د. عامر عبدالوهاب علي السنباني* الباحث/ يوسف صالح سعيد القريشي الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى ممارسة تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي بأبعاده (النظم الخبيرة، الشبكات العصبية الاصطناعية، التعليم عن بُعد، والتطبيقات والبرامج الذكية) في الجامعات الأهلية اليمنية وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تطوير استبانة شاملة لجمع البيانات. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع القيادات الأكاديمية والإدارية في الجامعات الأهلية اليمنية محل الدراسة والبالغ عددهم (265) وقد شملت عينة الدراسة 158 مفردة في الجامعات الأهلية اليمنية محل الدراسة، وتم اختيار العينة بطريقة قصدية نظراً لتميز جامعاتهم في تبني التقنيات الحديثة، مما أتاح تنوعاً في وجهات النظر وتكاملاً في فهم مدى ممارسة تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وقد تم إجراء التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام برنامج ( SPSS-V.26 )، حيث طُبقت مجموعة متنوعة من الاختبارات الإحصائية وكشفت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي عن وجود مستوى مرتفع لتوظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الجامعات الأهلية اليمنية محل البحث، حيث تصدَّر بُعد التطبيقات والبرامج الذكية الترتيب الأول بين أبعاد الذكاء الاصطناعي، يليه بُعد التعليم عن بعد، ثم بُعد النظم الخبيرة في المرتبة الثالثة، يليه بعد لتدريب في المرتبة الرابعة، بينما حلَّ بُعد الشبكات العصبية الاصطناعية في الترتيب الأخير. وبناءً على هذه النتائج، قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة الاستثمار في التطبيقات والبرامج الذكية والتدريب، وتطوير البنية التحتية للتعليم عن بُعد، وتعزيز كفاءة الكوادر الأكاديمية والإدارية في استخدام الشبكات العصبية الاصطناعية، كما أكدت الدراسة أهمية توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير المناهج الدراسية، وتحسين التواصل بين الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتعزيز الخدمات الطلابية، ودعم الإرشاد النفسي والأكاديمي. الكلمات المفتاحية: تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، الجامعات الأهلية اليمنية. Abstract This study aims to reveal the extent of practicing artificial intelligence techniques in its dimensions (Expert Systems, Artificial Neural Networks, Distance Learning, and Intelligent Applications and Software) in Yemeni private universities. The study adopted the analytical descriptive approach, and a comprehensive questionnaire was developed to collect data. The study population consisted of all academic and administrative leaders in the studied Yemeni private universities, totaling (265) individuals. The study sample included 158 individuals from the studied Yemeni private universities, and the sample was selected purposively due to the distinction of their universities in adopting modern technologies, which provided diversity in perspectives and integration in understanding the extent of practicing artificial intelligence techniques. Statistical analysis was conducted using the (SPSS-V.26) program, where a variety of statistical tests were applied. The results of the statistical analysis revealed a high level of employing artificial intelligence techniques in the studied Yemeni private universities. The dimension of Intelligent Applications and Software ranked first among the AI dimensions, followed by the Distance Learning dimension, then the Expert Systems dimension in third place, followed by the Training dimension in fourth place, while the Artificial Neural Networks dimension came in last. Based on these results, the study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity of investing in intelligent applications, software, and training; developing the infrastructure for distance learning; and enhancing the efficiency of academic and administrative staff in using artificial neural networks. The study also emphasized the importance of employing artificial intelligence in developing curricula, improving communication between students and faculty members, enhancing student services, and supporting psychological and academic counseling.
