الاستئذان في ضوء سورة النور Seeking Permission (Al-Istidhan) In Light of Surah Al-Nur د. هند منصور عون العبدلي* Dr. Hind Mansour Aoun Al-Abdali* الملخص يهدف البحثُ إلى تناوُل آيات الاستئذان الواردةِ في سورة النور، ودراستِها دراسةً تحليليةً موضوعية؛ كونَها من أهم الآيات التي تُنظِّم علاقةَ الفرد بالمجتمع، وتحفَظ للبيوت حُرمتها، وللأُسر خصوصيَّتَها، وقد عالَجَ البحثُ مفهومَ الاستئذان من جوانبِه اللغوية والشرعية، وبيَّن الأحكامَ المتعلِّقة به، ومقاصدَه وحِكَمَه، وذلك باستقراء أقوال المفسرين والفقهاء، والاستدلالِ بالنصوص الشرعية من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية. كما تناول البحث آدابَ الاستئذان عند دخول البُيوت، والاستئذان داخلَها، وبيَّن الحالاتِ التي يجب فيها الاستئذان، وما يُستثنى من ذلك، مع تحرير مسائلَ معاصرةٍ تتعلَّق بعادات الناس وطرقِ الاستئذان الحديثة، وخَلُص البحثُ إلى جملة من النتائج التي تؤكد أن الاستئذانَ أدبٌ شرعي رفيع يحفظ العوراتِ، ويصون الخصوصياتِ، ويُشيع الطمأنينةَ بين الناس، وأنه لا يزال -مع تطوُّر الوسائل- حاجةً اجتماعية وأخلاقية مُلحِّةً. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاستئذان، سورة النور. Abstract This research presents an analytical and objective study of the verses of seeking permission (al-isti’idhān) found in Surah Al-Nūr, as one of the most important Quranic texts that regulate social relations and preserve the sanctity and privacy of homes. The study explores the concept of seeking permission from linguistic and legal perspectives, clarifies its rulings, purposes, and wisdoms, and examines the interpretations of classical exegetes and jurists, supported by evidence from the Qur’an and Sunnah. It also discusses the etiquettes of seeking permission when entering homes and within them, identifies the cases in which permission is obligatory, and highlights the exceptions and contemporary applications related to modern habits and means of communication. The research concludes with several findings emphasizing that seeking permission is a noble Islamic ethic that protects privacy, preserves moral boundaries, and fosters social tranquility, and that it remains a necessary value in modern society despite the advancement of means and technologies.
