مستوى تنمية برنامج دبلوم الإعداد التربوي لمهارات الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى طلاب المنح في الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة وسبل تطويره The impact of development of the Diploma Program in Educational Preparation for Social Intelligence Skills among Scholarship Students at the Islamic University of Medina and ways to develop it د. صالح بن سالم العمري* الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى تنمية برنامج دبلوم الإعداد التربوي لمهارات الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى طلاب المنح في الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة وسبل تطويره. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي لتحقيق أهدافها، وتم تطبيق استبانة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها (180) طالباً. وأظهرت النتائج أن دبلوم الإعداد التربوي لطلاب المنح يسهم بدرجة عالية في تنمية مهارات الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى طلاب المنح، بمتوسط حسابي (4.06)، وقد حلّت مهارات بناء العلاقات الاجتماعية الإيجابية في الترتيب الأول بمتوسط حسابي (4.20)، وجاءت مهارات التواصل الفعّال في الترتيب الثاني بمتوسط حسابي (4.15)، يليها مهارات حل المشكلات في الترتيب الثالث بمتوسط حسابي (3.97)، بينما جاءت مهارات إدارة الانفعالات وضبطها في المرتبة الأخيرة بمتوسط (3.96). وفيما يخص المقترحات التطويرية فقد حظيت بدرجة موافقة عالية بمتوسط (4.15)، كما وصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا فيما يتعلق بدرجة إسهام برنامج دبلوم الإعداد التربوي في تنمية مهارات الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى طلاب المنح في الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة وسبل تطويره تبعًا لاختلاف الكلية والمستوى والمعدل التراكمي. بينما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيًا في استجابات العينة في درجة المساهمة تبعًا للقارة لصالح طلاب قارة إفريقيا. الكلمات المفتاحية: برنامج دبلوم الإعداد التربوي، طلاب المنح، مهارات الذكاء الاجتماعي The study aimed to examine the level of development of the Educational Preparation Diploma Program in fostering social intelligence skills among scholarship students at the Islamic University of Madinah, as well as ways to improve it.The study employed the descriptive survey method to achieve its objectives and administered a questionnaire to a simple random sample consisting of 180 students. The findings revealed that the Educational Preparation Diploma contributes significantly to developing social intelligence skills among international students, with an overall mean of 4.06. Positive social relationship–building skills ranked first, with a mean of 4.20, followed by effective communication skills in second place with a mean of 4.15. Problem-solving skills ranked third with a mean of 3.97, while emotion management and regulation skills came last with a mean of 3.96. Furthermore, the developmental proposals received a high level of agreement, with a mean of 4.15. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of support provided by the diploma for developing social intelligence skills among international students at the Islamic University due to differences in college, academic level, or cumulative GPA. However, statistically significant differences were found based on continent, in favor of students from Africa.
