مهارات إرشاد الأزمات والكوارث لدى طلبة تخصص الإرشاد النفسي بجامعة الشرقية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات Crisis and Disaster Counseling Skills among Students of the Psychological Counseling Program at Al-Sharqiyah University in Light of Some Variables الباحث/ محمود بن مبارك الحسني1 أ.م.د. جوخة الصوافي2 أ.م.د. شريف السعودي3 الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس مستوى امتلاك مهارات إرشاد الأزمات والكوارث لدى طلبة تخصص الإرشاد النفسي بجامعة الشرقية في سلطنة عمان في ضوء المتغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي، المستوى الدراسي)، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدت الدراسة على مقياس مهارات إرشاد الأزمات لــ (الخوالدة وطنوس،2017)، حيث طبق المقياس على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (206) طالبا وطالبة من تخصص الإرشاد النفسي، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى مقياس مهارات إرشاد الأزمات والكوارث الكلي جاء بمستوى مرتفع لوسط حسابي مقداره 3.66، وانحراف معياري بلغ 0.074، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0,05) في متغير النوع الاجتماعي ولصالح الذكور في البعد الأول مجالات إرشاد الأزمات، في حين أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في باقي الأبعاد والمقياس ككل، كما أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0,05) في متغير المستوى الدراسي بين طلبة البكالوريوس والماجستير في الأبعاد والمقياس ككل. الكلمات المفتاحية: إرشاد الأزمات والكوارث، الإرشاد النفسي، جامعة الشرقية. Abstract The study aims to measure the level of crisis and disaster counseling skills among students majoring in psychological counseling at the University of Sharqiya in the Sultanate of Oman, in light of the following variables (gender, academic level). The study relies on the descriptive-analytical method and used the Crisis Counseling Skills Scale (Al-Khawaldeh & Tannous, 2017), which was applied to a random sample of 206 students majoring in psychological counseling. The results of the study showed that the overall level of crisis and disaster counseling skills was high, with a mean score of 3.66 and a standard deviation of 0.074. Moreover, there were statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level in the gender variable in favor of males in the first dimension, Crisis Counseling Areas, while no statistically significant differences were found in the other dimensions and the overall scale. The study also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level in the academic level variable between undergraduate and masters students in any of the dimensions or the overall scale Keywords: Crisis and Disaster Counseling Skills, psychological counseling, Al Sharqiyah University.
