تطبيقات أصولية في الحديث الشريف نماذج مختارة من كتاب العبادات Uṣūlī Applications in the Prophetic Hadith: Selected Models from the Book of Worship الباحثة/ أمل بنت بندر الحربي* الملخص: يتناول هذا البحث إبراز البعد التطبيقي لعلم أصول الفقه من خلال تنزيل القواعد الأصولية على نصوص السنة النبوية؛ بقصد استنباط الأحكام وتحرير وجه الاستدلال من الحديث الشريف. ينطلق البحث من تقرير أهمية أصول الفقه بوصفه الطريق المنهجي لفهم الأدلة وتنزيلها على الوقائع، ثم يحرر مفردات ويعرف التطبيقات الأصولية: بأنها تنزيل القواعد الأصولية على النصوص الشرعية لاستفادة الحكم الشرعي. اعتمدت الدراسة نماذج منتقاة من أحاديث كتاب العبادات، مرتبة على أبواب: الطهارة، والصلاة، والزكاة، والصيام مع بيان التطبيقات الأصولية في كل نموذج؛ مثل دلالات العموم، ومفهوم الغاية، وصيغ الأمر والنهي، والاستصحاب، وتخصيص العام، وغيرها بحسب ما يقتضيه النص. ويخلص البحث إلى أن ثمرة القواعد الأصولية تتأكد عند تفعيلها على النص، وأن التطبيق الأصولي ممتدّ في أبواب الفقه كافة، مع توصيات بالعناية بالدراسات التأصيلية التطبيقية وإدراج التطبيقات الأصولية ضمن الخطط الدراسية. الكلمات المفتاحية تطبيقات أصولية؛ السنة النبوية؛ الحديث الشريف؛ الاستدلال؛ العبادات؛ القواعد الأصولية؛ استنباط الأحكام. Abstract This study highlights the applied dimension of Islamic legal theory (uṣūl al-fiqh) by operationalizing uṣūlī principles on Prophetic texts to clarify legal reasoning and derive rulings from hadith. It begins by emphasizing uṣūl al-fiqh as a methodological pathway for sound inference and understanding revelation , then defines “uṣūlī applications” as the practical “deployment” (tanzīl) of general uṣūlī rules onto scriptural texts to yield legal judgments. Using selected hadiths from the Book of Worship, the paper is structured across chapters on purification, prayer, almsgiving, and fasting. For each hadith, it identifies pertinent uṣūlī mechanisms—such as generality and specification, implication of limits, imperative and prohibitive forms, and legal presumptions—demonstrating how uṣūlī tools guide extraction of rulings. The study concludes that the benefits of uṣūlī principles become most evident through applied engagement with texts, and it recommends strengthening applied uṣūl research and incorporating “uṣūlī applications” into Sharia curricula.
