الأثر الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للمشاريع التنموية للبنك الإسلامي للتنمية في أثيوبيا دراسة تحليلية في الفترة التي بين من 2000م-2022م The Economic and Social Impact of the Development Projects of the Islamic Development Bank in Ethiopia Analytical study in the period between 2000-2022 الباحث/ سيد محمد سيد إبراهيم هاشمي* الملخص. قام البنك الإسلامي للتنمية بتمويل القطاعات الحيوية في جمهورية أثيوبيا الفدرالية باستخدام أساليب القرض والتبرع والإجارة والاستصناع بمبلغ إجمالي وصل إلى سبع وخمسين، مليون دولار في الفترة التي بين عامي 2000م-2022م وجاء البنك الإسلامي للتنمية والمؤسسات التابعة له في وقت مهم تحتاجه جمهورية أثيوبيا الفدرالية إلى استثمارات وتمويلات في القطاعات الحيوية لإنعاش الاقتصاد الأثيوبي والوصول إلى الربح المشترك بين جمهورية أثيوبيا الفدرالية والبنك الإسلامي للتنمية ومؤسساته التمويلية، وتتمتع القطاعات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بجمهورية أثيوبيا بالجدوى الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للجهات المستثمرة فيها، وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأثر التنموي لمشروعات البنك الإسلامي للتنمية في جمهورية أثيوبيا الفدرالية خلال الفترة 2000م إلى 2022م، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن جمهورية أثيوبيا الفدرالية تلقت تمويلا كافيا في مجالات مختلفة في القطاعين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي بطريقة مباشرة وغير مباشرة مما أنعش التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في جمهورية أثيوبيا الفدرالية. الكلمات المفتاحية: البنك الإسلامي للتنمية، جمهورية أثيوبيا الفدرالية، المشاريع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، الأثر الاقتصادي والاجتماعي. Abstract The Islamic Development Bank has financed vital sectors in the Federal Republic of Ethiopia using loan, donation, leasing and Istisnaa methods with a total amount of fifty-seven million dollars (57,081,091) million dollars in the period between 2000 and 2022. The Islamic Development Bank and its affiliated institutions came at an important time when the Federal Republic of Ethiopia needs investments and financing in vital sectors to revive the Ethiopian economy and reach the joint profit between the Federal Republic of Ethiopia and the Islamic Development Bank and its financing institutions. The economic and social sectors of the Republic of Ethiopia enjoy the economic and social feasibility of the parties investing in them. This study aimed to identify the developmental impact of the projects of the Islamic Development Bank in the Federal Republic of Ethiopia during the period from 2000 to 2022. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. The study concluded that the Federal Republic of Ethiopia received sufficient funding in various fields in the economic and social sectors in a direct and indirect manner, which revived economic and social development in the Federal Republic of Ethiopia.
