الملخص
هذه الدراسة الفقهية دراسة تحليلية، تتبّع مقصد التزكية التي حوتها تعليلات فقهاء الحنفية في مدوناتهم في أبواب العبادات، وتكشف عن المقاصد الشرعية التي تعزز صلة العبد بربه، وتزيد من تزكية نفسه وهدايتها، وصلاح قلبه وسلامته عنوانها: مقصد التزكية في التعليل الفقهي عند الحنفية من خلال أبواب العبادات – دراسة فقهية تحليلية، وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن مقاصد التزكية في التعليل الفقهي عند الحنفية تنتظم في ستة مقاصد كبرى: مقصد تعظيم الله، ومقصد تعظيم ما عظمه الله سبحانه، ومقصد تحقيق التعبد والانقياد، ومقصد تحصيل ثمرات التعبد، ومقصد شكر النعم وحمدها، ومقصد الصّلة بالله الدالة على معرفة العبد بربه، والاتصال بالآخرة. وتُحلّل الدراسة العلاقة بين مقاصد التزكية وبين التعليل الفقهي تأثرًا وتأثيرًا، لتصل الدراسة إلى بيان الفوائد العملية ظاهرًا وباطنًا، ومن ذلك ما يأخذ قلب المؤمن إلى مقامات التعبد لله تعالى، واستشعار مسؤوليته تجاه علاقته بالله، وتوثيق الصّلة به، وتحقيق الآثار القلبية للتعبد من السكينة والطمأنينة، والبعد عن مخالفة أمر الله جل وعز. والوصول كذلك إلى الفوائد العلمية التي تُعزّز لدى المتفقه التزامه بالاتباع وعدم الابتداع، وتحسين قدرته على الاجتهاد وتعامله مع الخلاف الفقهي، مع استشعار الفقيه لحاجته الدائمة لاتصاله بالله.

Abstract
This analytical jurisprudential study examines the objectives of tazkiyah (spiritual purification) embedded in the legal reasoning of Hanafi jurists within the chapters of acts of worship. It explores the higher objectives that strengthen the servant’s relationship with Allah, promote the purification and guidance of the soul, and contribute to the soundness and integrity of the heart. The study identifies six major objectives: glorification of Allah, veneration of that which Allah has sanctified, realization of servitude (ʿubūdiyyah), attainment of the effects of worship, gratitude for divine blessings, and maintaining a connection with Allah that reflects knowledge of Him and awareness of the Hereafter. It further analyzes the reciprocal relationship between spiritual-purification objectives and juristic reasoning, demonstrating their mutual influence. The findings highlight both practical and scholarly benefits. Practically, these objectives elevate the believer’s spiritual consciousness, strengthen devotion, deepen the relationship with Allah, foster tranquility and inner peace, and help avoid disobedience. Scholarly, they reinforce adherence to authentic religious guidance, discourage innovation, enhance juristic reasoning and engagement with legal disagreement, and cultivate an enduring awareness of the jurist’s need for a continuous connection with Allah.
