Abstract The study aimed to measure the level of awareness of digital responsibility among youth in light of Islamic values, examine the relationship between digital responsibility and community development, identify the implications of its ethical, cognitive, and behavioral dimensions for enhancing community development, and explore differences according to demographic variables. The researcher employed the descriptive analytical method and conducted the study on a random sample of youth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The findings revealed a high level of digital responsibility awareness and community development among the participants. The ethical dimension ranked first among the dimensions of digital responsibility, followed by the behavioral and cognitive dimensions. The results also demonstrated a statistically significant positive relationship between digital responsibility and community development, as well as positive correlations between the ethical, cognitive, and behavioral dimensions and community development. Furthermore, the findings highlighted the importance of digital awareness in promoting positive behavior and fostering a more informed and stable digital society, while indicating variations in digital responsibility levels according to certain demographic variables. The study also emphasized the vital role of educational institutions in promoting digital culture and encouraging the responsible use of technology.
