Abstract: This study investigated the predictive role of psychological immunity and coping strategies in mitigating psychological stress among educational counselors employed by the Palestinian Ministry of Education in the Southern Governorates of Palestine (Gaza Strip). A descriptive-analytical research design was adopted، and a stratified random sample of 197 educational counselors was drawn from a population of 433 counselors. Data were collected using standardized psychometric instruments designed to assess psychological immunity، coping strategies، and psychological stress. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS)، So The findings demonstrated a statistically significant positive association between adaptive coping strategies—particularly active coping and positive cognitive reappraisal—and lower levels of psychological stress. The results further indicated that counselors with longer professional experience exhibited higher levels of psychological immunity and employed more effective coping strategies than their less experienced counterparts. In addition، the overall level of psychological immunity among the participants was found to be high. More importantly، psychological immunity emerged as a significant predictor of psychological stress، highlighting its protective function in strengthening counselors’ capacity to cope with occupational demands and stressful work conditions and Based on these findings، the study recommends the implementation of counseling and professional development programs aimed at enhancing psychological immunity and fostering the use of adaptive coping strategies. It also emphasizes the importance of creating supportive organizational environments that promote psychological well-being، strengthen professional competence، and improve the overall quality of educational counseling services. .Keywords:: Psychological Immunity.
