Abstract The study aimed to investigate the impact of cloud computing utilization on strengthening competitive advantage in Palestinian Islamic banks. It employed the descriptive-analytical approach and used a questionnaire to collect data from 104 employees, including accountants and staff holding supervisory positions at two Palestinian Islamic banks: the Arab Islamic Bank and Palestine Islamic Bank. The findings revealed that the level of cloud computing utilization in Palestinian Islamic banks was very high, reaching 84.69%, while the level of competitive advantage was also high, reaching 81.08%. The results further demonstrated that the dimensions of cloud computing technical, security, and operational had a significant impact on strengthening the competitive advantage of Palestinian Islamic banks. The study recommended that banks conduct rigorous analyses of cloud computing projects and re-engineer their banking processes to enhance operational efficiency and enable the delivery of flexible services. It also recommended establishing internal digital innovation units dedicated to developing and testing new solutions, thereby supporting rapid responses to market changes and strengthening sustainable competitive advantage.
