هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر برنامج الكتروني قائم على التعلم النقال في استخدام الفيديو التفاعلي على تنمية التفكير البصري والتحصيل المعرفي لدى طلبة جامعة الأقصى بغزة. وقد اعتمدت الدراسةُ المنهجَينِ: الوصفيَّ التحليليَّ، والمنهجَ شبهَ التجريبيِّ. وتَمثَّلَ مجتمعُ الدراسةِ في جميعِ طلابِ جامعةِ الأقصى بغزة وطالباتِها المسجَّلينَ في مساقِ الحاسوبِ والإنترنتِ خلالَ الفصلِ الدراسيِّ الثاني من العامِ الدراسيِّ (2022-2023)، والبالغِ عددُهم (1818) طالباً وطالبةً، موزَّعينَ على (18) شعبةً دراسيةً: (11) شعبةً للطالباتِ، و(7) شعبٍ للطلابِ. وقد اختيرت (4) شعبٌ دراسيةٌ عشوائياً – شعبتانِ للطلابِ وشعبتانِ للطالباتِ – من المسجَّلينَ في المساقِ نفسِه للفصلِ الدراسيِّ الثاني (2022-2023). كما أكدت أهمُّ نتائجِ الدراسةِ وجودَ فروقٍ دالةٍ إحصائياً لصالحِ الطالباتِ في المجموعةِ التجريبيةِ والضابطةِ لدى الطلابِ والطالباتِ في كلٍّ من التفكيرِ البصريِّ والتحصيلِ المعرفيِّ، تُعزى لصالحِ الجنسِ (الإناث). وبناءً على ذلك، أوصت الدراسةُ باعتمادِ تصوُّرِ البرنامجِ وتعميمِه، والعملِ على تطويرِ البيئةِ التعليميةِ الإلكترونيةِ في الجامعاتِ الفلسطينيةِ، وتدريبِ المعلمينَ على توظيفِ التكنولوجيا المحمولةِ في التدريسِ لدى طلبةِ الجامعاتِ الفلسطينيةِ في غزة.

Abstract
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the impact of an Electronic program based on mobile learning, utilizing interactive video, on the development of visual thinking and cognitive achievement among students at Al-Aqsa University in Gaza. The study adopted two methodologies: the descriptive-analytical approach and the quasi-experimental approach.
The study population consisted of all male and female students enrolled in the Computer and Internet course at Al-Aqsa University in Gaza during the second semester of the academic year (2022–2023), totaling 1,818 students distributed across 18 academic sections: 11 sections for female students and 7 sections for male students.
Four sections were randomly selected—two for male students and two for female students—from those enrolled in the same course during the second semester (2022–2023). The most prominent findings of the study confirmed the existence of statistically significant differences in favor of female students in both the experimental and control groups among male and female students, with respect to both visual thinking and cognitive achievement, attributable to gender (females).
Accordingly, the study recommended adopting the proposed program framework and generalizing its application, working toward the development of the electronic educational environment in Palestinian universities, and training instructors on the employment of mobile technology in teaching among Palestinian university students in Gaza.
