الملخص
لعلّ الإشكالية الأكبر في العمل التّرجمي، لا تتعلّق فقط بشرط المطابقة في نقل النّص من لغة إلى أخرى وما يرادف ذلك من معاني التّعادل والتكافؤ والأمانة والوفاء للنّص الأصل. فقد لاحظنا أنّ الفعاليّة الترجميّة تزداد دقّة وصعوبة حين يتعلّق الأمر بترجمة النصوص الأدبيّة. وقد تبينّا بالوقوف على ما يلابس ترجمتي النصّ الشعريّ والنصّ النثريّ من خاصّيات، أنّ المترجم ينجز في الترجمتين كلتيهما من المهامّ المختلفة والمتباعدة في طبيعتها ما يمكن عدّه من قبيل التحديات الكبرى. فهو بالإضافة إلى ما تفرضه التّرجمة عامّة من مهامّ وأعباء وكفايات، مدعوّ إلى أن يكون صاحب حسّ نقدي، وأن يكون صاحب حسّ فنّي إبداعيّ قادرا على أن يصوغ نصّا ذا حمولة شعريّة وجماليّة، وأن يكون ملمّا بفنون التّرجمة مدركا لآليّاتها ولطرق الخروج من مآزقها ومطبّاتها. ورصدنا عبر أمثلة ووقائع مظاهر لما يكون بين المترجم وصاحب النصّ من خلاف أو وفاق لئن تعدّدت أسبابهما فإنّ مركزهما الأساس رؤية كلّ من المترجم والمؤلّف للعمل الترجمي ومعاييره وأدبيّاته وقد أبرزنا أنّ تعدّد الترجمات وتطبيقاتها وعدم خضوع الممارسة الترجميّة لمنهج علميّ قطعيّ وثابت، لا تعني أنّ الترجمة عمل عشوائيّ لا أدبيّات له ولا ضوابط أو حدود. فالترجمة ممارسة تقنية واعية لا بدّ للمقبل عليها إضافة إلى الكفاءة اللسانيّة المزدوجة من الكفاءة المعرفيّة، والثقافية، والكفاءة الفنيّة، والإبداعية.

Abstract
The greatest challenge in translation work may not be merely achieving equivalence when transferring a text from one language to another, nor simply ensuring fidelity, accuracy, and loyalty to the original text. It has been observed that the translation activity becomes even more intricate and demanding when it involves literary texts.Through an examination of the particularities that accompany the translation of both poetic and prose texts, it becomes evident that the translator undertakes a set of diverse and complex tasks. These tasks can be considered among the most significant challenges in the field. In addition to the general responsibilities, burdens, and competencies required in translation, the translator must possess a critical sensibility, an artistic and creative flair capable of crafting a text with poetic and aesthetic value. Furthermore, the translator must be well-versed in the art of translation, understanding its mechanisms and knowing how to navigate its dilemmas and pitfalls. By analyzing various examples and real-life cases, we identified instances of agreement and disagreement between the translator and the author. While these differences may have multiple causes, they primarily stem from the differing perspectives of the translator and the author regarding the translation process, its standards, and its guiding principles. We emphasized that the existence of multiple translations, the diversity of their applications, and the absence of a rigid, definitive scientific methodology in translation do not imply that translation is a random or unstructured activity without norms or boundaries. On the contrary, translation is a conscious and technical practice that requires, in addition to bilingual linguistic competence, a solid foundation of knowledge, cultural awareness, and artistic and creative proficiency.
