الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع الجدارات الإدارية للقيادات الإدارية بمكتب التربية والتعليم بمديرية المكلا في ضوء مدخل القيادة الاستراتيجية، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، حيث تكوَّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الموظفين في أقسام مكتب التربية والتعليم بمديرية المكلا والبالغ عددهم (174) موظفًا، حيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة من مجتمع الدراسة بلغت (52) موظفًا، بنسبة (30%).
ولمعرفة واقع الجدارات الإدارية قام الباحثان ببناء استبانة مكونة من (20) فقرة، موزعة على أربعة أبعاد للقيادة الاستراتيجية، وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المتوسط الحسابي للأبعاد جاء متوسطًا، حيث بلغ (3.29)، وبانحراف معياري (.760)، ووزن نسبي (65.8%)، وأن أعلى متوسط حسابي كان للبعد التحويلي، إذ بلغ (3.88)، وبانحراف معياري (62.0)، ووزن نسبي (77.6%)، يليه البعد الأخلاقي بمتوسط حسابي (3.18)، وانحراف معياي (1.08)، ووزن نسبي (63.6%)، ثم البعد السياسي بمتوسط حسابي (3.07)، وانحراف معياي (.830)، ووزن نسبي (61.4%)، في حين أن أقل متوسط حسابي كان للبعد الإداري، إذ بلغ (3.05)، وبانحراف معياري (95.0)، ووزن نسبي (61%).
كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥ ᾳ) في ممارسة القيادات الإدارية بمكتب التربية والتعليم بمديرية المكلا للجدارات الإدارية في ضوء مدخل القيادة الاستراتيجية تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة، التدريب).

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the administrative competencies of the administrative leaderships at the ministry office of education in Mukalla district , to achieve this purpose , the two researchers have adopted the descriptive method in which the study population consisted of all staff at the departments of the ministry office of education in Mukalla district with total number of ( 174 employees ) , a random sample was selected ( 52 employees ) with %30 .
To identify the reality of the administrative competencies , the two researchers have designed a questionnaire consisted of 20 paragraphs that are distributed upon four dimensions for the strategic leadership , the tool's accuracy and reliability have been confirmed , the results of the study revealed that the arithmetic average of the dimensions came out average of 3.29 , with a standard deviation of (0.76 ) and a relative weight of ( % 65.8 ) , the highest arithmetic average was the transformative dimension which reached ( 3.88 ) , with a standard deviation of
( 0.62 ) and a relative weight of ( % 77.6 ) , then the moral dimension with an arithmetic average of ( 3.18 ) and standard deviation ( 1.08 ) and a relative weight of (% 63.6 ) , the next one is the political dimension with an arithmetic average of ( 3.07 ) and standard deviation ( 0.83 ) and a relative weight of (% 61.4 ) , while the lowest arithmetic average was the administrative dimension with an arithmetic average of ( 3.05 ) and standard deviation ( 0.95 ) and a relative weight of (% 61 ) .
Furthermore , the results revealed that there are no differences of a statistical significance at the level of significance ( a≥ 0.05) in terms of the practices of the administrative leaderships at the ministry office of education in Mukalla district for the administrative competencies in light of the strategic leadership approach due to the variables of the study including : ( The scientific qualification , years of service , training )
