Abstract

This study aims to investigate corresponding (parallel) structures—both declarative (*khabari*) and non-declarative (*insha’i*)—within the Holy Quran, analyzing them from a stylistic perspective. The study consists of an introduction and two sections: the first examines corresponding declarative structures involving emphasis (*ta’kid*), while the second explores corresponding non-declarative structures, including commands, prohibitions, interrogatives, expressions of wish (*tamanni*), and vocatives. The study concludes by highlighting key findings, most notably that the declarative sentences in these corresponding verses contain inherent meanings and implications that reinforce and substantiate the overall message. This is particularly evident through the use of emphatic devices, which substantiate the content of the verses, with each verse serving to support its counterpart in terms of both context and meaning.
Keywords: Correspondence (parallelism), declarative (*khabar*), non-declarative (*insha’*), style.
