التعريف الأصولي عند الإمام الشيرازي في كتابه شرح اللمع – عرضاً وتحليلًا Al-Shirazi’s fundamentalist definition in his book Sharh Al-Lama’ - Presentation and Analysis د. سيدي محمد فال* الهدف من الدراسة إبراز ما يزخر به كتاب الشيرازي من تعريفات للمصطلحات الأصولية، مستثمرا أنواع الحدود المنطقية من حد تام وحد ناقص ورسم تام ورسم ناقص، مع توظيف التعريف بالتقسيم وبالمثال... وهلم جرا وسحبا. وانتظم البحث في ثلاثة مطالب، المطلب الأول: خصص لأنواع التعريف، وطرائق النقد، والتحليل، والمناقشة عند الإمام الشيرازي، أما المطلب الثاني: فتم الحديث فيه عن الفروق الاصطلاحية وتطبيقاتها عند الإمام الشيرازي، والمطلب الثالث: بين فيه الباحث عناية الإمام الشيرازي بالجانب الدلالي للمصطلح الأصولي. اعتمد الباحث في الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع المادة وتحليلها. توصل البحث إلى نتائج منها: - تنوع وتعدد التعريفات للمصطلحات عند الإمام الشيرازي،- Abstract The aim of the study is to highlight the definitions of fundamentalist terms that Shirazi’s book abounds in, making use of the types of logical terms, such as a complete term, an incomplete term, a perfect term, and an incomplete term, while employing definition by division and by example... and so on and so forth The research was organized into three requirements. The first requirement: was devoted to the types of definition, methods of criticism, analysis, and discussion according to Imam al-Shirazi. As for the second requirement: it discussed the terminological differences and their applications according to Imam al-Shirazi, and the third requirement: in which the researcher demonstrated Imam al-Shirazi’s attention to the semantic aspect of the Fundamentalist term. In the study, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method in collecting and analyzing the material. The research reached results including: - Diversity and multiplicity of definitions of terms according to Imam Shirazi, - Reasoning and analysis using logic and calm discussion, with strength in style - Paying attention to terminological differences – Existence of linking the linguistic meaning to the terminological meaning of the fundamental term. The research recommends the necessity of careful definition and renewal of the legal term since the research into it is the research into the core of religion itself. He calls on those interested in the field of Islamic sciences to take the trouble of researching in order to dust off the fundamentalist definition of Imam Al-Shirazi that extends into some Islamic sciences in order to benefit from it. key words: definition - Al-Usuli - Al-Shirazi - Explanation of Al-Lama
