مفهوم دلالة السياق ومذاهب المفسرين في التزامها وتطبيقات عليها The concept of context significance and the doctrines of interpreters in its commitment and applications to it د. أمين عمر عبدالله باطاهر* ملخص البحث يعالج البحث مفهوم دلالة السياق ومذاهب المفسرين حولها مع ذكر تطبيقات عليها؛ في تحديد وبيان المعنى الأرجح عند المفسرين، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الاستقرائي للنصوص عند المفسرين، ويهدف البحث إلى توضيح حقيقة دلالة السياق عند المفسرين، وبيان مذاهبهم ومعرفة التزام وتطبيق دلالة السياق عند المفسرين. وابتدأ ببيان مفهوم السياق وأهميته في فهم النص ثم الدراسة التطبيقية، قسم الباحث الموضوع إلى مبحثين، الأول: مفهوم دلالة السياق ومذاهب المفسرين في التزامها، وفيه مطلبان: المطلب الأول: مفهوم السياق وأنواعه وأهميته، المطلب الثاني: مذاهب المفسرين في التزام دلالة السياق، المبحث الثاني: تطبيقيات دلالة السياق عند المفسرين في تحديد المعنى. أثبتت الدراسة أهمية معرفة وتطبيق المفسرين لدلالة السياق وبيان دوره في تفسير الآية، وأن المفسرين على ثلاثة مذاهب في التزام دلالة السياق المشددون، والمتساهلون، والمتوسطون، وهو الراجح الذي عليه أكثر المفسرين والأصوليين. الكلمات المفتاحية: تفسير، القرآن، الضمير، دلالة السياق. Abstract The research addresses the concept of context significance and the commentators’ doctrines about it، mentioning applications to it. In determining the most likely meaning according to the interpreters، the researcher used the descriptive analytical inductive approach to the texts according to the interpreters، and began by explaining the concept of context and its importance in understanding the text، then the applied study، and made the title of the research (the concept of the significance of context and the doctrines of the interpreters in their commitment and applications to them). The researcher divided the topic into two sections، the first: Explaining the term context and the doctrines of the commentators regarding its commitment. It contains two requirements: the first requirement is the concept of context and its importance، the second requirement is the doctrines of interpreters in adhering to the meaning of context، the second topic: applications of the meaning of context according to commentators in determining the most likely meaning. The study demonstrated the importance of the interpreters’ knowledge and application of the meaning of the context and explaining its role in interpreting the verse. The commentators are of three schools of thought in adhering to the meaning of the context: the strict، the lenient، and the moderate، which is the most correct opinion held by most commentators and fundamentalists.
