آيات أحكام الصوم عند الجصاص وابن العربي في كتابيهما أحكام القرآن (دراسة تحليلية مقارنة) The verses of the provisions of fasting according to Al-Jassas and Ibn Al-Arabi in their books The provisions of the Quran (Comparative Analytical Study) الباحث/ سليم علي يحي الغشمي هذا البحث عبارة عن دراسة استقرائية تحليلية مقارنة لآيات الصوم في كتابي (أحكام القرآن) للإمام الجصاص، و(أحكام القرآن) للإمام ابن العربي. وقد اقتصر البحث على آيات الصوم التي ناقش الإمامان الأحكام فيها؛ لتكون نموذجاً للدراسة المقارنة بين التفسيرين بما يفي بالغرض من البحث، ومن خلال البحث، والتحليل والدراسة المقارنة بين التفسيرين: توصل الباحث إلى عدة نتائج أوردها في نهاية البحث كان من أهمها: إنَّ تفسيري الجصاص، وابن العربي يعدان من الكتب القيمة التي تناولت أحكام القرآن بطريقة منصفة ومفيدة لطلاب العلم. كما خلص الباحث إلى عدة توصيات منها: الاهتمام بالمقارنة بين التفسيرين في بقية المواضيع التي لم تتم دراستها من قبل الباحثين، والاهتمام بالتفسير المقارن دراسةً وتأليفاً؛ لأهمية هذا اللون من التفسير في عصرنا الحاضر. الكلمات المفتاحية: آيات أحكام الصوم، الجصاص، ابن العربي، أحكام القرآن. Abstract This research is a comparative analytical inductive study of the verses of fasting in the books (The provisions of the Quran) by Imam Al-Jassas, and (The provisions of the Quran) by Imam Ibn al-Arabi. The research was limited to the verses of fasting in which the two imams discussed the provisions to be a model for the comparative study between the two interpretations to meet the purpose of the research, and through research, analysis and comparative study between the two interpretations: The researcher reached several results mentioned at the end of the research, the most important of which were: The interpretations of Al-Jassas and Ibn Al-Arabi are valuable books that dealt with the provisions of the Quran in a fair and useful way for students of knowledge. The researcher also concluded with several recommendations, including: attention to compare between the two interpretations in the rest of the topics that have not been studied by researchers, and attention to comparative interpretation, study and authorship, for the importance of this type of interpretation in our time.
