مظاهر تمكين المرأة من منظور القرآن الكريم المعاملات المالية أنموذجاً Manifestations of women’s empowerment from the perspective of the Holy Qur’an “Financial transactions as a model” د. هانم محمد عبده عوض* الملخص تنبع أهمية هذا البحث من كونه يبرز مظاهر اهتمام القرآن بقضايا المرأة، ويبين أن القرآن حوى الكثير من مظاهر تمكين المرأة- ومنها المعاملات المالية-، كما يسهم في دفع المزاعم القائلة بأن المرأة في الإسلامي لا تمكن من حقوقها، ويهدف إلى بيان مصطلح تمكين المرأة في المنظور القرآني، إلقاء الضوء على بعض مظاهر تمكين المرأة في المعاملات المالية من خلال آيات القرآن الكريم، من خلال الحديث عن: التعريف بأهم المصطلحات المتعلقة، وبيان دلائل من القرآن على تمكين المرأة من المعاملات المالية، وبيان بعض مظاهر تمكين المرأة المتعلقة بكسب المال، أو إنفاقه، المنهج المتبع في هذا البحث هو: المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع الآيات بالمعاملات المالية، كمظهر من مظاهر تمكين المرأة، والمنهج التحليلي بالتعليق والتحليل لهذه الآيات. وخلص البحث إلى نتائج من أهمها: تحقيق الإسلام لتمكين المرأة من المعاملات المالية وفق الضوابط الشرعية، تميز المنهج القرآني في مراعاته لتمكين المرأة في جوانب متعددة ومنها المعاملات المالية. الكلمات المفتاحية: تمكين المرأة، القرآن الكريم، المعاملات المالية. Abstract Women’s Appearance from the Perspective of the Holy Qur’an “Models of Financial Transactions” The importance of this research stems from the fact that it highlights the importance of the Qur’an regarding women, and shows that the issues of the Qur’an cover many aspects of women’s common matters - including financial transactions - and it also contributes to pushing back the allegations that Islam does not have enough rights for women, and aims to clarify the term “empowerment.” “Under the Qur’an, it sheds light on some forms of women in financial transactions through verses of the Holy Qur’an, by talking about: introducing them to the terms related to them, showing evidence from the Qur’an on how financial transactions are conducted, and explaining some women regarding earning money, or spending it. The research concluded with the most important results:Achieving Islam to enable women to engage in financial transactions in accordance with Sharia controls. The Qur’anic approach is distinguished in its consideration of empowering women in multiple aspects, including “financial transactions.” Keywords: (empowerment of women - the Holy Quran - financial transactions).
