التطبيق العملي لطلبة قسم المحاسبة وأثره على الأداء المهني، المعهد الوطني للعلوم الإدارية نموذجاً Contextual Conflict with the Reasons of Revelation in the Interpretation of Ibn Jarir: An Applied Study د.همدان أحمد قايد الصايدي* ملخص يهدف البحث إلى بيان أثر التطبيق العملي لطلبة قسم المحاسبة في المعهد الوطني للعلوم الإدارية على الأداء المهني، كما يحاول تسليط الضوء على أهمية تأهيل وتمكين طلاب قسم المحاسبة في المعهد الوطني وتهيئتهم علمياً وعملياً لمواجهة احتياجات سوق العمل. وقد تم استطلاع آراء عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالمعهد الوطني للعلوم الإدارية، ومن مزاولي مهنة المحاسبة والمراجعة، من ناحية، وعينة من طلبة وطالبات قسم المحاسبة بالمعهد، من ناحية أخرى. وتوصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات، كان من أهمها:  عدم وجود تعاون بين المعهد ومكاتب المحاسبة والمراجعة والمؤسسات المعنية بمهنة المحاسبة، لتدريب الطلبة أثناء الدراسة، واقتصار المنهج على الجانب النظري، مع إهمال الجانب التطبيقي، على أهميته.  ضعف مساهمة سوق العمل في تحسين وتطوير جودة التعليم المحاسبي. ويمكن أن نعتبر هذا البحث بمثابة مؤشر لمسؤولي المعهد، بشكل خاص، والتعليم العالي والمهني وسوق العمل، بشكل عام، للاهتمام بالجانب التطبيقي للطلبة أثناء الدراسة، والاستمرار في تأهيل الكادر الأكاديمي، بما يخدم العملية التعليمية، التي سترفد سوق العمل بكفاءات مؤهلة وقادرة على تلبية احتياجاته. الكلمات المفتاحية: سوق العمل، التطبيق العملي، قسم المحاسبة، مهنة المحاسبة، التأهيل المحاسبي. Abstract This research aims to clarify the impact of practical training for the students of the Accounting Department at the National Institute of Administrative Sciences on professional performance and shed light on the importance of qualifying and empowering students of the accounting department at the Institute and preparing them scientifically and practically to meet the needs of the labor market. It was taken views of a sample of faculty members at the National Institute, and some Accounting and Auditing Offices on one hand, and on the other hand, a sample of students from the accounting department of the Institute, The researcher reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was:  The lack of cooperation between the institute and the accounting offices and institutions concerned with the accounting profession, to train students during the study, and the curriculum was restricted to the theoretical side , while neglecting the applied side despite its importance.  The weak labor market contribution to improving and developing the quality of accounting education, and we can consider this research as an indicator for officials of the institute in particular, and higher education, vocational education, labor market in general, to take care of the practical side of students during the study, and continue qualify the academic staff in order to serve the educational process to supply the labor market with qualified competencies and able to meet the needs of the labor market.
