واقع الأداء المستدام في منظمات المجتمع المدني بوادي حضرموت The Reality of Sustainable Performance in Civil Society Organizations in Wadi Hadramout محمد عبدالله ناصر بن حيدرة (1،*) د. حسين عبدالقادر الجهوري (1) د. بشير الحمادي (1) الملخص هدفت الدِرَاسَة إلى معرفة واقع الأداء المُستَدَام بأبعَاده (الأداء الاقتِصَادِي، الأداء الاجتِمَاعِي، الأداء البِيئي) فِي مُنَظَّمَات المُجتَمَع المَدَنِي بوادِي مُحَافَظَة حَضرَمَوت. واعتمدت الدِرَاسَة المَنهَج الوَصفِي التَحلِيلي بوصفه منهجًا مناسبًا لمعالجة مشَكلة الدِرَاسَة، وتمثل مُجتَمَع الدِرَاسَة فِي جميع مُنَظَّمَات المُجتَمَع المَدَنِي الفاعلة فِي وادِي مُحَافَظَة حَضرَمَوت، البالغ عددها (45) مُنظَمَة، واستَخدَمت الدِرَاسَة الاستِبَانَة أدَاة لجَمع البَيَانَات، حيث تم اختيار عَيّنَة قصدية تكونت من فئة القيادات الإدارية (رئيس المُنظَمَة، المدير التنفِيذي، الأمين العام، رئيس قسم)، وقد كان حجم العَيّنَة (159) فردا، وبعد إجراء المعالجة الإحصَائِية المناسبة للدِرَاسَة، توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النَتَائِج أهمها: يوجد اهتمَام مُتَوسِط لدى مُنَظَّمَات المُجتَمَع المَدَنِي بوادِي حَضرَمَوت بممارسة الأداء المُستَدَام بأبعَاده، وكانت أهم التوصيات: إعطاء منظمات المجتمع المدني اهتمَام أكبر لمفهوم الأداء المُستَدَام الذي يمكنها من القيام بالدور المنوط بها فِي جميع جوانب أعمَالها (الاقتِصَادِية، الاجتِمَاعِية، البِيئية). الكلمات المفتاحية: الأداء المُستَدَام، مُنَظَمَات المُجتَمَع المَدَنِي Abstract This study aimed to investigate the reality of sustainable performance with its dimensions (economic performance, social performance, and environmental performance) in civil society organizations (CSOs) in Wadi Hadramout. The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach as a suitable methodology for addressing the study problem. The study population consisted of all active CSOs in Wadi Hadramout, totaling (45) organizations. The study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool, where a purposive sample consisting of administrative leaders (head of the organization, executive director, secretary-general, department head) was selected. The sample size was (159) individuals. After conducting the appropriate statistical processing for the study, the data was processed using the (SPSS) program, resulting in a set of findings, the most important of which were: there is a moderate interest among CSOs in Wadi Hadramout in practicing sustainable performance in its dimensions. The most important recommendations were: giving CSOs greater attention to the concept of sustainable performance, which enables them to fulfill their assigned role in all aspects of their work (economic, social, and environmental).
