Abstract: This study examines the hadiths concerning the questions posed by the Companions to the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding Hajj and its rituals, as well as some of the juristic rulings derived from them and the opinions of Islamic jurists concerning these matters. The research begins with an introduction, followed by definitions of the key terms of the study—namely: questions, the Companions, the Prophet, Hajj, and rituals—both linguistically and technically. It then presents a preliminary theoretical framework on the topic, encompassing several issues outlined in the research plan, followed by an applied analytical study of the hadiths related to the Companions’ questions to the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) concerning Hajj and its rituals. The study traces the sources of the hadiths from the books of Sunnah, evaluates their authenticity, and analyzes their juristic implications. It concludes with the most significant findings and recommendations, followed by indexes and references. The study aims to identify and analyze the questions posed by the Companions to the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding the rulings and rituals of Hajj through the relevant hadith narrations. In conducting this research, the author employed the inductive method by collecting all relevant hadiths on the subject, followed by the analytical method in examining the hadiths from both hadith and juristic perspectives, as well as the descriptive method where appropriate. Among the most significant findings of the study is the Companions’ (may Allah be pleased with them) keen interest in acquiring a deep understanding of religion and their commitment to performing Hajj with precision and care, while avoiding mistakes and negligence.
