This leads to confusion in understanding the purposes and wisdom behind afflictions, consequently, to problems in creedal understanding of the Most Beautiful Names of Allah. Weakness of understanding the meaning of divine wisdom when afflictions occur leads to widespread objection, both Heartfelt and verbal objection, to afflictions. The research attempts to rectify this perception through:- 1. Deepening creedal understanding of the Name of Allah Al-Hakim, 2. explaining the perfection of Allah the Almighty's wisdom. 3. Revising the deficiencies in understanding afflictions ,their connection to divine wisdom, and rectifying problems of attributing evil to Allah. 4. Confirming impact of belief in the Name of Allah Al-Hakim on assent and repose.. The research used several research methods. such as inductive, analytical, and deductive methods, Taking into account the recognized rules of attribution and documentation. The research concluded with a number of key findings, including:- 1. The great impact of knowing the Most Beautiful Names of Allah in achieving servitude to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. 2. One of wisdoms of affliction is distinguishing the truthful from liar, and arise of servitude, and complete compliance, purification from evil deeds, elevation of ranks. when affliction occurs, various types and stations of servitude to Allah, such as servitude of patience, contentment, gratitude, and supplication. 3. Belief in the Name of Allah Al-Hakim produces satisfaction, reassurance, and has praiseworthy effects on the life of the believer. It also seeks to clarify the scholarly status of Abū al-Ḥusain al-Baṣrī and his influence on the development of usul al-fiqh (Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence) writings among later scholars of legal theory. The research is structured into an introduction, a preface, five chapters, a conclusion, and a bibliography of sources and references. The introduction includes the following: the research problem, the significance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, the objectives of the study, the scope and limitations of the research, previous studies, the research methodology, and the research plan. As for the preface, it includes: a definition of usulī distinctions and an introduction of Abū al-Ḥusain al-Baṣrī. The first chapter examines the distinction between mutawātir and āḥād reports; the second chapter discusses the distinction between solitary reports (khabar al-wāḥid) and testimony; the third chapter addresses the distinction between the transmission of reports whose recitation is considered an act of worship and those whose recitation is not, when transmitted by meaning; the fourth chapter explores the distinction between a narrator’s statement “ḥaddathanī” (“he narrated to me”) and “akhbaranī” (“he informed me”); and the fifth chapter deals with the distinction between mursal reports and testimony based on testimony. Among the most important findings reached by the study are the following: 1. The distinction between narration (riwāyah) and testimony (shahādah) is one of the most well-known usulī distinctions related to the Sunnah. The concern of usul scholars with distinguishing between the two can be traced back to early times, beginning with Imam al-Shāfiʿī (may Allah have mercy on him) in al-Risālah. 2. The term “akhbaranī” has a broader semantic scope than “ḥaddathanī”. Nonetheless , impermissible matters may arise in some of their transactions, as in the case with dealing with usury (transliterated as : Riba) through borrowing or depositing. This research aims at gathering the scattered aspects of this contemporary issue. It also aims at correcting many concepts and ideas between these companies and members of society. To accomplish the research objective, the researcher employed the inductive-analytical approach by compiling the opinions of jurists on the issue. This includes presenting the evidence and discussion. Then, stating the most preponderant opinion with evidence and reasoning in a manner that combines adequate investigation with concise analysis, by the will of Allah Almighty. The research is made up of an introduction, two main chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction includes: the research problem, the significance of the topic, the reasons for its selection, previous studies, the research methodology, and its plan. The two chapters contain: a definition of the research terminology, and the disagreement among jurists regarding the ruling on investing in mixed-income companies. Meanwhile, the conclusion encompasses the most prominent findings reached by the researcher. The most important of these findings are: The issue of investing in mixed-income companies is considered one of the contemporary jurisprudential occurrences. It is among the difficult and important issues due to the suspicion it involves, and the widespread dealing of people with it. The preponderant ruling regarding it is: prohibition. It addresses a central scholarly gap: the absence of a comprehensive analytical model capable of encompassing the interplay between various rhetorical mechanisms in al-Bardouni's poetic discourse, with previous studies largely focusing on isolated devices or general themes without a holistic vision. Consequently, the research seeks to construct a theoretical and applied framework revealing how rhetorical suggestion operates through three primary, interconnected channels: the imaginal-symbolic channel (where natural and historical symbols transform into complex metonymies), the stylistic-rhetorical channel (where classical devices such as taʿrīḍ [implication] and tawriyah [double entendre] are recalibrated within a modernist context), and the structural-formal channel (where repetition, ellipsis, and intertextuality are engineered to create a hermeneutic rhythm). Employing an integrative methodology that synthesizes classical rhetorical analysis, textual-stylistic methods, and semantic-pragmatic perspectives, the study applies this framework to a selected corpus of al-Bardouni's poems. The findings reveal the convergence of these channels into a unified suggestive system serving three major functions: an aesthetic function generating semantic density and expansive interpretive spaces; an ideological function enabling potent, veiled political and social criticism with profound persuasive power; and an emotional-hermeneutic function positioning the reader as an active co-creator of meaning. Thus, the research offers an analytical model that bridges a significant academic gap, demonstrating that al-Bardouni's oeuvre represents an authentic modernist trajectory—one grounded in unlocking the latent critical energy of classical rhetorical heritage and deploying it within a compelling contemporary suggestive discourse. The study consists of two main sections. The first section presented a critical approach to the impact of podcasts of various types on the production of the traditional autobiography, and the impact of digital autobiography on the production of the traditional autobiography, regarding the production process. The second explores the functions of autobiography today and traces their transformation from past to present. This research is based on a methodology that predicts the future through an in-depth analysis of the key determinants influencing literary history and its transformations, and how it remains a valid mechanism for making predictions about the future of a literary genre. • Keywords: Future – Autobiography – Approach – Production – Function</div>2026-04-30T00:00:00-05:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://aust.uni.ye/journ/AJHSS/article/view/1653Rulings of Artificial Intelligence in Digital Financial Transactions (A Jurisprudential Applied Study)2026-04-30T10:11:02-05:00د. رجاء محمد محفوظ مطلق*journal@aust.uni.ye<h3>Abstract</h3> <div>ABSTRACT : This study examines Sharīʿah rulings on artificial intelligence (AI) applications in contemporary financial transactions, focusing on legal capacity and agency, digital mu‘āṭāh, digital qabd, personal data financialization, and intelligent marketing. Using a descriptive, analytical, and comparative methodology, it maps classical fiqh principles and contemporary resolutions onto smart contracts, autonomous systems, and data-driven markets. The study characterizes AI as a procedural, dependent agent, operating within prior authorization, while liability remains with the human principal, and suggests limited functional legal personality via specialized guarantee funds. Personal data are treated as intangible financial rights owned by data subjects, with restricted exploitation rights for platforms. Digital mu‘āṭāh and digital qabd are affirmed subject to effective enabling, transparency, and finality. AI-based predictive and generative marketing is mainly classified as digital brokerage, constrained by rules on personalized pricing, information asymmetry, and behavioral exploitation. The study recommends codifying digital agency and capacity, AI guarantee schemes, data rights, and an ethical code for intelligent marketing.
