Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the level of identity crisis and quality of life and the nature of the relationship between them among adolescent girls in the city of Taiz, utilizing a descriptive correlational approach on a population of high school adolescent girls with a final analytical sample of 288 adolescents, where data were collected using identity crisis and quality of life scales developed by the researcher after verifying their validity and reliability, and the results showed a low level of identity crisis and a high level of quality of life among the adolescent girls, alongside a statistically significant negative correlation between the two variables, prompting recommendations to enhance counseling programs as well as family and school support in ways that contribute to supporting identity and improving quality of life.
