هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى ممارسة الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية وعلاقته بالرضا الوظيفي، وهي دراسة تطبيقية بالمحافظات الجنوبية من فلسطين. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بأسلوبه الكمي والارتباطي. وشمل المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة جميع المعلمين في المدارس الحكومية بالمحافظات الجنوبية بقطاع غزة (محافظة خان يونس ورفح)، والبالغ عددهم (3,202) معلمًا. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (256) معلمًا بنسبة (8%). واستخدمت الدراسة الأداتين الآتيتين: مقياس الإبداع الإداري، ومقياس الرضا الوظيفي، واعتمدت الباحثة على برنامج الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية المعروف باسم (SPSS) في تحليل البيانات، واستعانت بالأساليب الإحصائية الآتية: التكرارات، والنسب المئوية، والمتوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري، والوزن النسبي، ومعامل الارتباط، واختبار (t-test) للعينات المستقلة، واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: أن مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية بالمحافظات الجنوبية من وجهة نظر المعلمين قد بلغ المستوى المرتفع وفقًا لمحك الدراسة المعتمد، وجاء بوزن نسبي (79%)؛ كما يتبين أن بُعد الطلاقة كان أكبر أبعاد الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية بالمحافظات الجنوبية من وجهة نظر المعلمين بغزة، بوزن نسبي (81.9%) وبمستوى مرتفع، بينما كان بُعد الأصالة أقل الأبعاد بوزن نسبي (75.6%) وبمستوى مرتفع وفقًا لمحك الدراسة. كذلك بلغ مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمين الحكوميين بالمحافظات الجنوبية المستوى المرتفع وفقًا لمحك الدراسة المعتمد، وجاء بوزن نسبي (78.6%)؛ كما يتبين أن البعد الاجتماعي كان أكبر أبعاد الرضا الوظيفي بوزن نسبي (80.5%) وبمستوى مرتفع، بينما كان البعد المهني أقل الأبعاد بوزن نسبي (75.8%) وبمستوى مرتفع وفقًا لمحك الدراسة.

The study aimed to identify the level of administrative creativity practice among public school principals and its relationship to job satisfaction, as an applied study in the southern governorates of Palestine. The researcher used the descriptive-analytical method in its quantitative and correlational approaches. The original population of the study consisted of all teachers in public schools in the southern governorates of the Gaza Strip (Khan Younis and Rafah governorates), totaling (3,202) teachers. The study sample consisted of (256) teachers, representing (8%) of the population. The study employed two instruments: the Administrative Creativity Scale and the Job Satisfaction Scale, both developed by the researcher. The researcher relied on the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) for data analysis, and used the following statistical methods: frequencies, percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviations, relative weights, correlation coefficients, the independent-samples t-test, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The study reached the following results: the level of administrative creativity among public school principals in the southern governorates, from the teachers' perspective, reached a high level according to the study's adopted criterion, with a relative weight of (79%). It was also found that the fluency dimension was the highest among the dimensions of administrative creativity among public school principals in the southern governorates from the teachers' perspective in Gaza, with a relative weight of (81.9%) and a high level, whereas the originality dimension was the lowest, with a relative weight of (75.6%) and a high level according to the study's criterion. Likewise, the level of job satisfaction among public school teachers in the southern governorates reached a high level according to the study's adopted criterion, with a relative weight of (78.6%). It was further found that the social dimension was the highest among the dimensions of job satisfaction, with a relative weight of (80.5%) and a high level, whereas the professional dimension was the lowest, with a relative weight of (75.8%) and a high level according to the study's criterion.
