الملخص
يعدّ الإكراه أحد أهم العوارض التي تعرض لحرية اختيار الإنسان، وفي تلكم الحال يسّر الشّارع على المكلّف في حال الإكراه، وإنني لأهدف من خلال هذا البحث أن أسلّط الضوء على الأحاديث النّبوية، التي بيّنت موقف الشرع من الإكراه والمكرَه، فجمعت أحد عشر حديثًا في باب الإكراه، وقسّمتها تقسيمًا موضوعيًا بما يتناسب مع ما وردت فيه، وقمت بدراستها سندًا ومتناً، واعتنيت بتخريجها تخريجًا مستوفًا، مبيّنًا حكم هذه الأحاديث صحّةً وضعفًا.

Abstract
through this research، is to shed light on The Prophetic hadiths، which made clear the position of Sharia law on coercion and coercion، so I collected eleven hadiths in the section on coercion، and divided them into an objective division in proportion to what they contained. I studied them in chain of transmission and text، and took care to graduate them comprehensively، clarifying the ruling of these hadiths، whether they are true or weak،.
