دور الإبداع الإداري في استدامة البنوك دراسة ميدانية على البنوك اليمنية في أمانة العاصمة The Role of Administrative Creativity in Bank Sustainability A Field Study of Yemeni Banks in the Capital Secretariat الباحثة/ هنادي أحمد عبدالله الوصابي ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد دور الإبداع الإداري بأبعاده: (الطلاقة الفكرية، المرونة، الأصالة، الحساسية للمشكلات، إدارة المخاطرة)، في استدامة البنوك بأبعادها: (الاقتصادي، الاجتماعي، البيئي) في البنوك اليمنية بأمانة العاصمة. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين في البنوك اليمنية في أمانة العاصمة، وقد قامت الباحثة باستخدام أسلوب العينة العشوائية الطبقية، حيث تم توزيع (230) استبانة على عينة الدراسة، وتم استرداد عدد (200) استبانة بنسبة (86%), وتم تحليل بيانات الدراسة باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS). وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: إن الإبداع الإداري يلعب دوراً محورياً في تعزيز استدامة البنوك اليمنية، ما يعني أن تطوير سياسات وأساليب إدارية مبتكرة يُعد عاملاً أساسياً لبقاء هذه المؤسسات ونموها، وعدم وجود دور للطلاقة الفكرية، المرونة، والأصالة في استدامة البنوك يشير إلى أن هذه الأبعاد قد لا تكون مُفعّلة بشكل كافٍ أو أن تطبيقها غير مرتبط مباشرة بمتطلبات الاستدامة في البيئة المصرفية اليمنية الحالية، ووجود أثر واضح لإدارة المخاطرة يؤكد أن البنوك التي تتبنى استراتيجيات فعالة للتعامل مع المخاطر أكثر قدرة على الاستمرار في ظل الأزمات والتقلبات. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإبداع الإداري, استدامة البنوك, البنوك اليمنية. The Role of Administrative Creativity in Bank Sustainability A Field Study of Yemeni Banks in the Capital Secretariat Hanadi Ahmed Abdullah Al_wesabi Abstract: The study aimed to identify the role of electronic creativity, with its dimensions (intellectual fluency, flexibility, originality, sensitivity to problems, and risk tolerance), in the sustainability of banks, with its dimensions (economic, social, and environmental), in Yemeni banks in the capital. The descriptive analytical approach was used, and the study population consisted of all employees in Yemeni banks in the capital. The researcher used a stratified random sampling method, distributing (230) questionnaires to the study sample, and (200) questionnaires were retrieved, representing (86%). The study data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Through the analysis, the study concluded with the following key findings: Administrative creativity plays a pivotal role in enhancing the sustainability of Yemeni banks. This means that developing innovative administrative policies and methods is a key factor for the survival and growth of these institutions. The lack of a role for intellectual fluency, flexibility, and originality in bank sustainability indicates that these dimensions may not be sufficiently implemented, or that their implementation is not directly linked to the sustainability requirements of the current Yemeni banking environment. The clear impact of risk management confirms that banks that adopt effective risk management strategies are better able to continue during crises and fluctuations.
