Abstract
This research aims the federal state in Yemen in the light of the outputs of the Yemeni National Dialogue Conference SAEED ABDULRAZZAQ SHAYEA AL-AMERI to identify the concept of federalism, its meanings and methods of establishment, the manifestations of the federal state (federal) and its background, and its approach in terms of strength and weakness with the results of the Yemeni dialogue on the form of the Yemeni state. In this research, we have adopted the method of description and analysis, and then the deductive method. The most prominent results are that the problem of Yemen lies in the absence of a state with real civil institutions. Although the priority of the federal state is over centralization in enabling everyone to rule and build competencies, satisfaction and stability. And this is the aspiration of the Yemeni people, in order to transcend revenge, regionalism, and intra-conflicts. The security of Yemen is the security of the region due to its important strategic location.
