Abstract
The research deals with a very important and sensitive issue, which is "cyberterrorism crimes, and the role of Saudi foreign policy in confronting them from the perspective of national security and international law", and the importance of the research is evident in its novelty and modernity, the lack of writings on it, and the seriousness of cyber terrorist threats to international peace and security, and derives its importance from the importance of the role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in confronting terrorism in all its forms and patterns. The researcher reviewed the concept and patterns of cyberterrorism crimes, and its scenarios in targeting the capabilities of the Kingdom and the world, as well as the efforts of Saudi foreign policy in confronting this type of terrorism, and a statement of the position of Saudi national security on this, and the cooperation of the Saudi judiciary with the international judiciary represented in the trial of perpetrators of cybercrimes at the International Criminal Court. The researcher recommended recommendations, the most important of which are: seeking to address problems related to youth, opening the door for dialogue with those who join terrorist groups, and updating the articles of the anti-terrorism law and its financing to keep pace with the rapid developments in the field of cyberterrorism.
