This study aimed to identify the reality of international cooperation in the field of extradition, as well as to identify the rules of international law that support this cooperation. Therefore, the researcher recommends that the state parties meet quickly to discuss these restrictions and work to remove them so that the court can play its required role in punishing criminals and reducing crime.
