Abstract
This study in a nutshell boils down to an impediment to extradition before the ICC, thanks to technology and the incidence of crime. miniature village However, this may not seem possible at the present time, because the major powers are still playing on the language of interests and threats at the same time, without realizing that the crime will eventually affect them, whether long or short, and perhaps the evidence in this field is many and difficult to count Therefore, the International Criminal Court must be granted the necessary powers away from any interests of specific countries, so that this court serves as a real station for holding all criminals accountable, regardless of their national affiliations, and this is what we hope, as what happened to humanity in terms of destruction and wars during the last period is sufficient. This study aimed to identify the reality of international cooperation in the field of extradition, as well as to identify the rules of international law that support this cooperation. Therefore, the researcher recommends that the state parties meet quickly to discuss these restrictions and work to remove them so that the court can play its required role in punishing criminals and reducing crime.
