Abstract

The research aimed to reveal the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques in developing Organizational Performance (OP) at Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University, and to develop proposed scenarios for that. To achieve the objective of the study, the survey method was followed, in addition to using the scenario method. The research sample consisted of (346) administrators working at the university. The questionnaire was also used as a data collection tool. The research reached the use of AI applications at Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University to develop the OP of the university to a medium degree. In light of the results reached; Three scenarios were proposed to develop the university's organizational performance using AI techniques, which are ( the referential scenario, the corrective scenario, and the creative scenario).
