Poet and Text Evidence in the Linguistic Exegesis of Imam Ikrimah Mawla Ibni Abbas May Allah be Pleased with them Both: Inductive and Descriptive Study

Abstract

Title of the research: Poet and text evidence in the Linguistic exegesis of Imam Ikrimah Mawla Ibni Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them both inductive and descriptive study. Research approach: I relied on the inductive approach in collecting evidence in the linguistic exegesis of Imam Ikrimah, which ware mentioned in the books of interpretation and the sciences of the Qur’an, Hadith, and others. Research Structure: The research consists of an introduction, a preface, three topics, conclusion, and bibliography. As for the introduction, it includes: the importance of the topic, the reasons for its selection, previous studies, the limits of the research, and the research approach. As for the preface, it includes: defining the vocabulary of the research title, which are: Introduction about Ikrimah, defining linguistic interpretation, definition of the term (Al-Shawahid) Evidence. As for the body of the research, it includes two sections: The first section: Poetic evidence for the linguistic interpretation of Imam Ikrimah. The second section: Text evidence on the linguistic exegesis of Imam Ikrimah.
