The Impact of Organizational Culture on Job Performance: A Case Study of the General Office of the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance in the Republic of Yemen - Sana'a

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the impact of organizational culture on job performance at the General Office of the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the analytical descriptive approach (case study approach). The researchers designed a questionnaire consisting of (89) items, to collect primary data from the study sample consisting of (54) individuals, representing 54% of the total study population in the office of the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance, which numbered (100) individuals. Statistical Package for Social Sciences. SPSS, and the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are the following: The level of organizational culture of the employees at the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance office from the point of view of the sample members reached an average agreement degree, and the sample tended towards neutrality, as the total general average reached (3.1361) and a standard deviation (0.85355). - The level of job performance in the office of the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance, from the point of view of the sample, reached a high degree of approval, as the arithmetic mean of performance was (3.7251) and the standard deviation was (0.80415). - There is a statistically significant effect at the level (0.05) of dimensions of organizational culture combined on job performance in the office of the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance. - There is a statistically significant effect at the level (0.05) of the dimension of containment and interdependence on job performance in the office of the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance. - There is no statistically significant effect at the level (0.05) of the dimension of consistency and homogeneity on job performance in the office of the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance. - There is no statistically significant effect at the level (0.05) of the dimension of humanitarian support on job performance in the office of the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance. - There is no statistically significant effect at the level (0.05) of the organizational climate dimension on job performance in the office of the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance. - There are no differences between the averages of the study sample's estimates of the reality of the organizational culture in the office of the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance due to (gender, job level, age, educational qualification, years of service, number of training courses).
