The researcher followed the analytical approach by extrapolating the texts of the regulations in the Kingdom, and he found that the Kingdom, praise be to God, is keeping pace with the rapid progress and globalization that regulates the world today, by crystallizing many of the general principles regulating intellectual property in international laws, judicial precedents, and international agreements, and making them into systems. patriotic in a way that does not contradict its established principles and values, One of the most prominent results reached is that the work must be innovative in order to be protected. The work does not enjoy protection if it does not contain the elements of originality and creativity.
